I've been satisfied with them, and they are done a great job. Their client portal is well made and easy to understand., You can see the debts you brought over and their status. You can see into your custodial account and all your latest transactions. When your debts get settled and your payments go out you can see that also. I'm deducting one start because I was not aware of the $9.99 fee every month to maintain my custodial account. It was not specifically stated in the contract this cost. Also, I pay $25.99 per month to a law firm to represent me in the case of any legal action. I was not aware of this cost either, and it was not specifically stated in the contract. Would have been nice to know. When I was with Freedom Financial they did not have this charge. Global and DMB financial got me 50% of my first debt. Nice. Their cost was 25% of the debt I brought over. Freedom financial was 21%. The moral of the story, is that if you get your debt reduced by 50% that is great, but then you give back 25% of that savings to Global and DMB financial. That gets you a savings or 25%. And now you have a monthly fee of $36. So go as fast as you can because every month you're paying that $36 fee, and if your savings are small, say only $1500, because your credit card bill or loans were not that big, you may get close to break even. The bigger the debt you bring over, the less impactful that $36 is. But on the flipside, having the lawyers on retainer is re assuring when you may get a summons to court. Thus you are paying for peace of mind. But overall I'm happy, and I brough over just three credit cards to them to settle for a total of $20K. Do NOT use this business!! They took months of payments from me without paying any money towards what I owed. My credit score plummeted. When I figured out what was going on and tried to get a refund, they refused to reimburse me. When I asked my bank for help, I was told that the bank is required by law to have a complaint department, but were not required to do anything about this. My credit card company worked with me to set up a payment plan I could afford. They told me that these kind of businesses are a scam. Please learn from my mistake! read more

Signed up under Heartland Legal Group. Didn't pay off my debtors but kept withdrawing money out of my bank to the tune of $8000over what they told me. I had to put a stop payment so they couldn't take out anymore money. read more

0 stars if I could. They took my money and broke the settlement I had in place with a lender by sending late payments, all the while never communicating with me. Now I find out that I owe the full amount and it's in collections instead. They won't answer the phone and emails provide little to no information. Scam company. read more

Global services is contracted out by debt Management Companies such as Spring Legal Group. They charge fees to keep your money and pay out any debts to creditors that you have settled with. I was enrolled with such a debt mngt company and it was over a year of being enrolled that I was informed of this account. Once I began browsing the debits that were being made, I discovered that half of my $1400 deposit was being withdrawn to pay the debt mngmt company and Ghllc! I started asking questions and was not happy about the way my funds and debts were being managed. (see my review of Spring Legal). I faxed Ghllc and asked them to close my account effective 01/01/2023 since they had already deducted their fees for the month of December and 2 creditors were die to be paid on 12/21/2022. Well guess what? They greedily paid themselves bit made not effort to pay my creditors, this leaving me in default of my payments. They paid my remaining funds to a bank account that did not exist, so I have to wait weeks to get my money that was in my account. When I asked why they are not servicing my account until the requested closure date of 01/01/223 the agent responded they close it the date you notify them that you plan on closing, regardless if you've paid them for the entire month to handle your funds. As far as I'm concerned, run as fast as you can if your debt management company is utilizing them to manage your funds. I learned the hard way that it is much, much easier (and financially cheaper) to call the creditors themselves and arrange payment to your delinquent accounts. These companies just take in your money and do very little overseeing of your debts. If you're not micro-managing your accounts, then it will be neglected and you're going to take longer to get out of debt. The service fees paid to debt management companies can go towards paying off a creditor and getting my credit scores back up alot sooner. read more

In 2020 I signed a contract with Heart lines legal group. I try to contact them because according that they can not continue to represent me, I find out that they have a lawsuit and they do not want to let me know what it is, and Global Holdings which is the company that is in charge of the payments and my deposits does not answer calls or emails and they continue to withdraw payments and charge me for representation and more charges this is afraud who else are going through this? STAY AWAY! they take your money, even take it early and then charge you a trumped up fee!

We originally signed up with Slate Legal Group. Global Holdings managed the accounts for us as a third party. Never had any dealings with Global Holdings until Slate terminated our contract (due to some legal issues they (Slate) were involved in). We have been referred to Global Holdings to close our account and withdraw the remaining balance. We've called them for 3-4 days consecutively. We have done the following several times (daily): 1) stayed on the line waiting for a representative only to be kicked off after 5-10 minutes. 2) left multiple messages for someone to call us back 3) requested to be placed in the queue and called back maintaining our place in line; these are all options offered with the automated answering service when calling in. We have also emailed and left messages with customer support online. There has been zero response or communication from Global Holdings. I understand there may be high call volume due to the situation with Slate, but any professional establishment would have made adjustments and made sure to contact people to let them know they're interested in resolving the issues. We are very disappointed in the lack of response. If and when we make contact we will provide an update. read more

Nice on the phone. But mainly can't recommend this company due to the company that handles their debt settlements Canyon Legal Group. After 4 years I've paid them $52,000 to settle 67,000 worth of debts. Came down to the last 2 accounts. One settled through a third party lawyer. Canyon refused to pay the amount settled even though I had enough in my account to pay it. They terminated my accouny because I couldn't send any money at the time to settle the last account. Kept my last $4,500 by the way. Terminated my account in February didn't tell me. I found out today it's Sept. I don't know if they will give me my money back thats just been sitting there for over 6 months. Now I've got to deal with the last 2 accounts myself. this company is a hoax. they don't have employees to answer the phone. the digital operator is on a loop. they don't stop withdrawals because they steal money. they use meadowbrook legal group and its shell company. if you receive a letter, do not call GHLLC. they keep your money for themselves. they do not settle your debt. they don't answer to the BBB. and there is no reason for a debt settlement company to use a notary. it's a SCAM. save yourself the trouble. both GHLLC and Meadowbrook Legal Group are scammers. they don't settle anyone's debt. read more
