I recently bought an iMac 27" computer with 16 RAM. I don't know why I bought so little RAM, but…read morehaving recognized my mistake, I decided to purchase an additional 16. I started by going to the Apple Store in Geneva, but because I purchased my computer in the States, they couldn't help me. They sent me instead to ART Computer. I'm so glad they did.
From the minute I walked in the door, an ART employee greeted me and asked if he could help. I stated my need, as well as my concern about installing the RAM myself, but your guy -- Edgar Rincon -- was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He showed me, on an iMac model in the store, how to install the extra RAM. He answered several other questions I had, then got me the item I was seeking, rang up my purchase, and had me on my way in no time!
When I got home, I followed Edgar's instructions exactly and had the RAM installed in less than five minutes.
I wish more businesses in the Geneva / Pays-de-Gex area provided customer service and a pleasant experience like the kind I had today in your store. Thank you! And thank you for having outstanding staff like Edgar.
