Unfortunately, I've been disappointed with the consistency of the service. On multiple visits, only one side of my truck was prepped, and the tire shine that's included with my package wasn't applied. When you're paying for a monthly membership for multiple vehicles, you expect the services included in the package to be performed every time. The wash itself is okay, but the lack of consistency has been frustrating and makes it difficult to recommend.

I dropped my car off for a minor express detailing service that I had a gift card for, which they accidentally booked me under the all-day deluxe detailing. After paying more for the deluxe service I didn't consent to, I drove my car off the lot to my screen and sound system completely black and my car full of moisture. The screen/sound system was working just fine before the service and I have photos/documentation to prove it. I called the next day and was told to bring the car back and they'd file a report and take photos (which I did). After a week of no contact they stopped responding to my calls/messages/were extremely rude when I showed up in person, and said they weren't liable and would not fix. I even went as far as getting the car diagnosed by an expert with proof of water damage and they won't cooperate/share their insurance information with me to allow the insurance to deem who is liable... I will now be filing a letter from an attorney, but I'm sure they're hoping I give up and pay the thousands of $ in damage. Horrible customer service and honestly emotional/financial trauma from this experience. Again-- have never written a bad review, but don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through!!!

Was ready for me to get 2 days later, never would believe was the same vehicle I took in, all clean and paint had a shine to it. 5 years later had them rust proof and their paint treatment done. I drop it off every spring to detail inside and out and redo the undercoat, and it is ready to get the next morning. People see it and say they can't believe the truck is now 19 years old! Pro Touch staff do a real good job and treat me politely.
