this "medical center" is not very reliable, professional, or clean. They will say they will do…read moreanything to help you with your problems but then they give up in the end. I had the laser liposuction last year and it was a horrible botched job. I could tell the very next day something was not right. My skin was extremely dimpled and did not fix any of the problem areas, it actually made them worse and puffy in spots that shouldn't have been. She tried fixing it with skin tightening treatments which I found out from true plastic surgeons will not fix anything. On top of that she was going to charge me for the treatments! But then had a "change of heart" and didn't charge me. After the one year mark of my legs still looking like someone just sucked out fat from certain areas and left the rest I asked if there was anything else she could do and she told me no. I asked for my money back and she laughed in my face and told me I would then have to pay for the skin tightening treatments she "gave" to me. I had multiple members of her staff tell me that my legs were not suppose to look like that and I needed to make sure she fixed it right. Needless to say I ended up having to get regular liposuction and fat grafting to fix the problem. The day after true liposuction I can already tell a difference. Please please do not trust her. I feel like she is very scatter brained and has not been technically trained well in a lot of the treatments she provides

I was made to feel awkward since apparently this was more for women whom wanted both face lifts etc and I was not there for that. They were nice but didn't know what was wrong with me and gave me ointment that didn't work. So this is why I was stressed I didn't want a repeat. She fired 3 of the best works one because they were not treating covid like its serious and one because she was going on maternity leave they were excellent workers one of the reasons I tolerated going there but now ill be going to the new dermatology office in Saginaw H2 dermatology they are way better all around the 3rd employee works there the cosmetic lady. Parking lot is empty, office door is locked. I see a light on so I knocked real hard on the window of the door, hoping someone will come out. Finally a lady does come out and tells me the doctor is out of town on business for the weekend (this was Thursday). She checks the schedule and I am not on it...I show her my text message I received from them. She's boggled. Has no idea why I am not in their computer. I am upset, I drove almost half an hour to get there. She apologized and rescheduled me for Monday. When I got home I get another text message: "Hi CHRISTINA, we had you scheduled for an appointment today, Aug. 4 t 2:30 pm. Can you still make it?" OMG! Are you serious? I called the phone number the text came from, listened to the message and it was the same doctor - no mistake. Wow. I was supposed to go this morning, however, I think I need to "read the signs" and find a different doctor.
