She gives a whole new meaning to the service called a "facial." Just when I thought she couldn't get any better, today she outdid herself! I'm really at a loss as to how to describe the incredible facial I just received. If you are someone who enjoys facial treatments, you must give her a try. You have to experience Mary for yourself. P.S. she does waxing, peels, etc., too! https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/MSSYVF

The first time I visited this salon, I used a groupon. I wasn't very impressed, but accidentally…read morefound myself back at this salon a second time when I scheduled myself at the wrong salon. When I realized my mistake I decided to give them a second chance, hoping that the poor experience was the groupon 'budget' choice. The second time I paid full price for a Oxygen Infusion Facial and I received similar mediocre facial. I've had spa facials every few months for the last 10 years, and this has to be one of my least favorite experiences. If you're accustomed to spa facials, this is not up to par. Dianne is a little too heavy handed and jerky (not smooth movements) in her facial massage. On the second visit I was very clear with her about my expectations, specifying the areas I wanted her to focus on (based on my prior experience with her), and she listened but did not follow through. At the end of my second facial with her, I was as disappointed as the first experience. I don't think I should have to go home after a facial and extract noticeable blackheads... I feel like the facial should be more thorough than that... The spa area is clean and organized. She plays relaxing music and is not overly talkative. You can definitely relax in her studio.... BUT, if you're looking for a gentle, smooth facial massage or thorough extractions, this is not the place.

I made an appointment for an eyebrow wax just so that I could come in and talk to her and I ended up doing the microblading the same day. I immediately felt comfortable with Saya and it's a joy to visit with her. I am very pleased with my microblading results. I was scared that it would hurt but Saya uses two different ways to numb you. She's meticulous when it comes to the shape. You come back a couple weeks later for retouch which is standard. She has done microblading for several of my friends now and we are all happy customers. I also go to her for hydra oxygen facials and fire and ice facials. I always leave with my face feeling hydrated and amazingly fresh and clean. She is very responsive on Facebook so if you have any inquiries you can message her there. The woman that did my lashes (Julia, owner) was about as friendly as you can get. She's smart, well versed in her art, and explains everything in excellent detail to make sure you know what she's doing, why it's done like that, and what you can expect after. Besides the fact that she's smart and funny, and so interesting (which makes the hour-hour and a half a delight), my lashes look FABULOUS! I honestly enjoyed the entire process; Julia makes you feel like a long-time friend when you come in; she's very comforting and very fascinating. She has a way of complementing you while still letting you know what services she does that can be of benefit to your skin. And the price was very, very reasonable. She also answers any questions that you might have, then, or via text after (in my case, a week after). I'll never go anywhere else for waxing, lashes, or facials now!
