It tastes great with soy or vinegar and it's meant to be eaten in a single chomp. This concept is 100% present in the construction of the dumplings. The dough wasn't too thick or too thin. The soup inside didn't spray everywhere as soon as a chopstick touched the side. But it was the BBQ pork bun at the end that stole the show for me. The sauce wasn't the traditional char shiu but a much spicier version. The pork was sliced really thin and melted at the slightest pressure of teeth. So tasty.

The volcano chicken was one of the best things - it was breaded, but again not greasy or heavy. I loved the spice mix too - a creeper heat with hints of five spice. The soup dumplings were really good but ended up being an afterthought behind the rice and chicken. The bathroom doubles as the storage room but it's plenty clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. My husband and I both agree that this was one of our best random meals in a long time!!

They then told me it takes at least 15 minutes to make the dish so it wasn't a big delay. Please don't lie to someone who cooks. If you cooked fresh dumplings for 15 minutes the result would be mush! They offered me 20% discount which means I save about $1.50 for being messed around, delayed and lied to. They just don't get it. How about a sorry sir or something? That might be nice.
