You can NOT scratch a saphire crystal on a Movado watch without a drill. No drill was used. Bad business. I have a feeling my husband did not take the watch out to the box, hit it with a drill, rewrap it and then gave it to me for Christmas. It was gift wrapped at the store for Christ's sake! I have NEVER worn the watch (which I badly wanted) because of the OBVIOUS flawl Let the buy beware and STAY away from this charlatan. STAY AWAY!!! NAGI IS A CHEAT.
