VERY Impressed by my first experience at Glide Xpress Car Wash. This was the cleanest my vehicle has been after an automated car wash. After that $18 Wash, I spent less than half the time I usually did on finer-detailing (especially the wheels). To add to the experience, Chris (the employee who helped me at the Service-Selection Machine) was pleasant, courteous, and professional. As a business consultant who has worked with many retailer on Improving Customer Experience/Satisfaction for 20 years, if I could clone Chris I could retire!!! read more

Did basic wash for $8, which is cheaper than the others I've tried. Wash was fine, the vacuums worked and there were towels available if you looked wide enough. read more

This is a great car wash. It is a bit expensive on the month plan, but you can enter unlimited times per month. I like everything about it, the water pressure, suds, brushes, self vacumn suction. read more

You might want to inform your customers before they wait in line for 15 minutes that you only take credit cards. Not only did I wait in line for 15 minutes but when I found out that I couldn't pay cash, I had to wait another 10 minutes to leave. Thank you so much for making me waste a half an hour of my tiime. read more

Usually have a great experience with Glide Xpress, however, whoever the attendant was today was very unpleasant. She strolled over to the my vehicle with no urgency after I was waiting for her over five minutes. Typically, in a customer service setting you greet your customers, but she walked up and snatched my card out of my hand and said it's $10. Just an unpleasant individual who should not be working in a customer service capacity if they do not enjoy or want to represent the company they work for in a positive light. read more

My entire experience from first entering to the end is always exceptional. I decided to get the unlimited monthly subscription for $29.00 per month vs paying $18.00 each individual time. The monthly subscription pays for itself because I normally go to the carwash on a weekly basis. When your ride is clean and fresh it makes you go home to get clean and fresh . Once the attendant guide you through the rotation for your wash you drive out to the right to the vacuum and dry area. I love the fact they provide quality cloth towels to dry your car and clean your windows. The area always have plenty of towels and is always clean. My only complaint is sometimes it so crowded you can't get to the dry and vacuum area. This issue is being addressed because I have noticed at least 2-3 new car washes being currently built. read more

This is always a treat. Moreso a getaway for me than a wash for the car. The staff is always friendly. The color changes during the wash are so pretty. My only issue is that I always feel like my car drives a little differently for an hour or so after the wash. Clearly or isn't enough to make me stop going but it's a weird thing. read more

Best car wash Waco has to offer so far. They serve 1000+ cars a day!!! The vacuums really suck in a good way! read more

Rude employees. Rude management....Manager's first response to me when I brought up an issue with an employees rudeness was to say 'I can cancel your membership...'. 'Why, yes, please cancel me!' Don't give them your time of day. They have raised their prices by $12 a month for a membership since they have opened. More options in town. read more

I like this car wash. The staff is SO helpful. The monthly membership is a great deal. It's not detailing my car & it automated after all - so I don't expect perfect just clean. Which it is every time. The equipment can be a little aggressive (my paint got a little scratch) but it's automated!!! It's bound to happen unless I pay 3 x the amount for hand wash. read more

Good results easy to use. Friendly staff. My only concern is with the availability of the vacuum cleaners. Quite often a number of them are not working. read more

Signed up for monthly wash. Sold car and tried various ways to cancel subscription without success. No website provides this option and their contact button asks about fundraising. Tried to cal and got voice message. Very frustrating when businesses gladly take your money but make it impossible to cancel contract. Absolutely EXCELLENT! Perfect customer service, perfect quality, love this car wash. It's the best in the city and very clean (pub intended) and a safe environment to put those finishing touches on the interior after the wash. Great job! read more

Sorry Baird Brothers!! But "there's a new kid in town"!! And you've let us down... Definitely the best car wash in Waco! read more

Just left this car wash at 723 N Germantown Rd. in Cordova. Mind you I have taken my car through there at least 3 other times and everything was fine. Well except 4 of the Vacuums did not work on a visit. Today the Wash left soap all over the back and front of my car. They let me run it through again, and the same thing. I tried to tell the Manager (Snaggle toothed white guy) something was wrong with the equipment, but he just shrugged his shoulders like a buffoon, and tried to blame it on my car. Evidently I looked pretty damn stupid to him. I won't be giving them another damn dime. He didn't care one way or the other. People do not spend money where you are not respected!! read more

What a great car wash! I'm usually skeptical about the drive thru washes as they miss spots here and there. I entered with a car covered in bugs after a road trip. Got the cheapest wash and came out looking new. Line is long but moves fast. Free vacuums. read more

This is a new car wash, but I have been here 2 times since I moved to Waco in September'21. My car did not come out clean, and I even drove back around and asked them to send me through again. The excuse was they had been bought out and the new owner was trying to adjust their chemicals. Well, I went 2 different times several months apart and both times my car did not get clean. I won't be back. read more

Danger! Danger! Danger! With regards to your credit card. While visiting Memphis during the month of February, 2023, I stopped in at this car wash to have a good 'debugging' wash done. When asked by the friendly and smiling young man 'what service I wanted', I specifically asked for the wash to clean the bugs off the vehicle. I was then asked by the young man whether or not I wanted to become a member, and I clearly stated to him that I did not want to be a member, since I did not live in Memphis. After giving the young man my credit card, I had a gut feeling that he was taking too long to process the charge, but I did not make much of it. Well, as fraud will be, after leaving Memphis, multiple unauthorized charges to this same car wash started showing up on my credit card. I do not want to drag this review out other than to recount my personal experience at this particular location. My suggestion to others would be to pay in cash. And by the way, the $29 dollar package that I paid for to debug my car was mediocre. As I sat and thought about how did this happen, it occurred to me that the 'SMILING FACE' is what throws you off. This car wash uses a digital pad for signatures, so here is what most likely happens: The customer is distracted by the friendly and smiling face, the attendant checks off on the maximum package, they then get your digital signature or forge it, and print off an illegible receipt that most people can't read or don't pay attention to. Yep! I believe that's how they did it. Again, I would not use a credit card at this car wash! I attempted to call and resolve this issue to no avail, and have gone ahead and requested assistance from the Tennessee Attorney General's Office. read more

Friendly staff. My truck always comes out clean. And the unlimited wash package is so reasonable!

This car wash is the absolute best. I've been to others in town and they are not even comparable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and my car comes out looking new. My car emblem fall off my car while going through their car wash. They were supper nice and without any trouble immediately ordered me a new one on Amazon. This should have been a quick fix and relatively low repair cost but unfortunately Glide refuses to do the right thing. On May 26th my truck was damaged at the Waco Valley Mills location. I the manager "Ricky" allowed me to start inspecting the brushes to identify any parts that may have damage to my truck but before I could inspect more than one brush he told me I needed to leave and when I wouldn't he called the Waco Police Department. After the police arrived, which included 2 sergeants and 4 patrol officers they inspected my vehicle for damaged and as we were discussing what happened a second vehicle pulled up and was complaining of damage to their vehicle also. The police sergeant asked Ricky if he was going to shut down and inspect the system and Ricky told him no he couldn't because that's against company policy so they continued to wash. Over the next 10 minutes 4 additional vehicles were damaged which included one Waco PD police cruiser, and the police sergeant then told Ricky he must shut down the system or he will cite them for knowingly damaging vehicles. Ricky took my information and I did receive an email notification that the claim was acknowledged by their automated system and I would be contacted within two days. It is now been a month and no contact from Glide. I have sent numerous emails with no replies either. Just a few days after the damage occurred to my vehicle the location was shut down for "maintenance" . Yesterday I went to the Valley Mills location and fond out that Ricky is no longer employed by Glide (per Josh the temp manager) and my claim has been denied. I explained to Josh that there were Waco police officers involved which included 2 Sargents, also one of the police vehicles were damaged, and we have a list of four other people claiming damages at that same time. Plus the system was shut down by the Waco Police Department on that day. How can they say that there was no problem with their system? Josh gave me the "corporate" number and told me that as far as they are concerned the case is closed. This is very unfortunate that Glide would be taking this approach and as I explain to them at the very beginning I just want my truck fixed. We currently have and have had a minimum of 3 monthly memberships since they opened. Historically they've done a great job but obviously they don't stand behind their product causing damage to other peoples vehicles. I hate having to escalate this but it seems that's the path they want to take. I'll post an update after I speak with their "corporate" and let you know which direction they want to continue down. (I apologize if I have spelled Ricky's name incorrectly but no one will tell me the correct spelling read more

Glide Xpress is the best car wash in town and they have such a good price for their monthly membership! My car gets cleaner than it does at any other car wash. The only con I have is that they put the cars super close together and I'm always worried that the car behind me will hit me because my car for some reason will not go when it flashes at me to go (not sure if it's my car or them). Next time I will ask to have the car behind me wait a little and go at a weird time when it isn't so packed. read more

Warning!! Do not go to Glide Xpress Car Wash on North Valley Mills!! First it broke our front license plate frame and bent our license plate in half-and they said it was because we had a cheap license plate frame (????). After doing this three times, the manager said yes, their brushes will do that. We now have three fresh dents in my front bumper which they will not take responsibility for, and there is absolutely no other way they could have gotten there. They have a sign posted saying they are responsible for any damage their equipment causes, but obviously they won't take responsibility for anything, and won't carry through with their policy. Save your money and your car, there are plenty of other choices in Waco!!! read more

It's super frustrating every time I seem to try to go through here in the morning when they're supposed to be open they're closed for maintenance. Make sure you bring your mirrors in if you go through because it will damage them pretty easily read more

Took my truck to get washed and ended up with scratches and a small dent. Will not use this car wash again.

The layout could be better, as the line spills out onto Valley Mills and can even span for a few blocks depending on the time of day. Today was my first time visiting Glide, I've always visited Baird Brothers. I'm rating it 5 stars because of the customer service, but I don't believe my car is any more clean than what I would have received at Baird's. I'll possibly give it another try and see what happens. read more

I had a wash on 05/2/2021 and I should have listened to my neighbors who said do not go there due to them getting some minor damage to their cars paint.
