The people who work here are friendly. The lobby is small but relaxing…read more My therapist who is my first therapist is the most amazing person ever. At first it felt uncomfortable opening up because it was all new. I didn't understand fully what a therapist exactly does in a session. I always had the idea what they do but to be in one is a lot different for yourself. My experience in therapy has helped me so much mentally. For once i feel heard with no bias and to understand why i think and feel those feelings. Talking with friends or family can be hard because you'll never know what you get. Most of the time they dont know how to help, and can be bias. Having a therapist they are professionally there to help you and listen. I always let my therapist know how grateful I am to have her as my therapist. I definitely recommend coming here.

* I have been seeing Jasdeep Brar for almost 2 years to work on symptoms related to Depression,…read morePTSD and phase of life transitions. I was feeling very trapped and alone. Jasdeep provided me with a safe space where I felt no judgement and one where I could accomplish a lot of self growth. He has taught me to look at things differently and learn new ways to respond to different challenges. I learned coping skills to deal with issues that arise. I learned to trust myself and feel more confident. I wish I would have started seeing Jasdeep in my younger years. I truly believe my life would have been a lot different.

Very nice lady. Attentive and very helpful. . She's on time and you don't have to wait for very…read morelong. I wish she had a couch and more comforting office. The office is small and generic, there's a candle in a glass that she taps on when she's thinking. (she probably doesn't even notice that) . And one time she wore a crucifx around her neck. Well, that kind of annoyed me a little bit, what if I was a budhist? Or an Isla read more » m? How do I trust someone with my inner most thoughts and dreams who's proudly a catholic? I am concerned that her advice might be affected by her own beliefs as well, but so far, she's not shown any signs of biased advice. she was not able to relate to me because she has never experienced what I have gone through, herself! I don't know about anyone else, but if I'm getting advice from a person that my company is paying for, I want them to be able to empathize. For example, she told me that when I walk my dogs, really look at the flowers and grass and start noticing little things, and it will make me feel better. She says this a lot, when I've already told her repeatedly that I'm hearing voices in my head! WTF? smelling the roses - equals - crazy being cured! There are other instances of examples, but to be short, let's just go with that. Ask her first if she's been in the same situation as you, if not, then she can't relate. If anyone needs a psychologist, I definitely recommend her. Just don't forget to ask first. so, here's the break down: This is for my own experience only. +1 star for professionalism +1 star for listening skills +1 star for realizing that she is not helping me at all. -1 star for not hearing or understanding what I'm going through. -1 star for the lack of ability to empathize.

Stay away!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. I normally never write reviews but I am doing this…read moresolely because of this mans profession and the damage he can do to people. My wife spoke with him on the phone, explained some serious problems she had , and made a appointment with him. I called him the next day and asked if he took our insurance. Told me to call my insurance company. I asked him if he takes any insurance whatsoever. He very rudely told me to have my wife see someone else. This person is supposed to be helping people with serious life problems. If he does not know something as simple as if he takes insurance, and gets upset with the question enough to cancel a appointment of someone he knows needs help, I am very scared of what kind of advice or influence he can have on people's lives. Please stay away, for your own sake.

I gave this guy a fair shot even though he had a poor review. I had to fire him today. I drove…read morenearly 30 minutes to get to my scheduled appointment and when he came out he told me that he rescheduled our appointment for yesterday. I received 1 voicemail from him in which he mentioned that he in fact would be working on the Monday following Veterans Day if I was available, to which I responded also in voicemail that I was not available that day. Today he said he did receive my voicemail and called me back he doesn't know why I didn't receive the voicemail but that he called me to tell me that he rescheduled our appointment for Monday. Obviously he was lying about calling me because why would he schedule an appointment when I had made it clear that I wouldn't be available that day and that I would see him at the agreed upon time and date. I make all my appointments as I'm speaking to people and confirm prior to ending the conversation. This being said I arrived at my initial appointment and he told me I was an hour late and my wife and I were both sure of the appointment time. Completely unprofessional. I too would give zero stars if it were possible.

5 stars - Truly Life-Changing Care…read more I would not trust anyone else with my mental health care other than Sierra Meadows. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. The staff, clinicians, and management have cultivated a culture of compassion and professionalism that is rare to find. As a female Veteran, I've struggled to find spaces where I felt truly safe and supported--but Sierra Meadows has become my soft place to land. Their team has helped me navigate some of my most difficult moments with empathy and expertise. Thank you, Sierra Meadows, for showing me that healing is possible. You have changed my life, and I am forever grateful.

We took our daughter there 3 times, because it was the "only show in town!" for residential care…read more She has a serious mental illness and needed that level care. The first time we took her was during Covid and she tested positive during her stay. However, instead of isolating her by herself in a room, they sent her home. The county person who was called out to consult about the situation, told us they should have kept her. I was a bit surprised, but understood why they would release her. They would want a client who could participate and they needed her room for that client. However, the 2nd time we took her there, it took us 2 weeks and several discussions to convince them to give her the prescribed meds she needed to remain stable! That seemed very odd and unprofessional! I'd even say negligent! The 3rd time we took her there, they asked us to participate in a Family Session with their "therapist." This very young woman obviously had no experience in leading a family session. She sat there mute, not asking any questions of any of the 3 of us. I kept hinting, what she could do to get a conversation going, but she didn't get it. I finally took over and started asking the questions of each of my own family, including myself and our daughter. Being a Family Therapist myself, it was a good thing I knew what I was doing. However, for most, if not all, of their clients, they would not know how to do that. Bottom line, they need to. hire professionals to work in their program, not inexperienced students. They also need to follow protocol on meds!
