Well I'm speechless!…read more I called to schedule a service on my mini- split - the louvers were no longer adjusting. Unit blew cold - no other problems. Bought a new remote thinking the old one had worn out. Fast forward Terry called back - in 10 minutes! Remarkable. I explained the symptoms.
