Pegi made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and ensured that I walked out of the salon feeling confident and satisfied with my look. Her expertise in color and extensions is outstanding. However, I must mention my experience with another stylist, Sarah. Unfortunately, I found her demeanor to be unprofessional. Rather than creating a welcoming environment, she offered unsolicited political opinions and expressed argumentative responses when clients shared their thoughts. This behavior detracted from the overall experience and made it uncomfortable. In conclusion, while I wholeheartedly endorse Pegi for her exceptional skills and warm personality, I would advise potential clients to consider their comfort level in interactions with other stylists in the salon.

She explained every step of the coloring process and reassured me that she was going to nail it. I would definitely go to her again for a follow up!

I asked if she could go over the steps of the process with me and she was very quick to tell me to go on to the website and review the process. Her tone was rude and not welcoming. I explained to her that I would be traveling a very long way (from South Hampton) and wanted to speak to someone about the process before investing my time. She said she would call me back and never followed up. I did go on to the salon's website and read up on the GK straightening system which unfortunately was not accurate. They mentioned having keratin as the ingredient in the product which it is NOT! I am a busy professional (surgeon) myself but make every effort to ensure my patients, new or old understand a procedure and have all questions answered. She mentioned to me that she has been in business for 30 years and owns 3 salons, none of which is relevant to the current situation.
