Moved to a small town away from all my fam/friends for a job. Got locked out of my house, with my dog stuck all day on the inside waiting for me. Worst day of my life. my house is super protected from burglars (i.e. Hard to get into without the key and impossible to pick the lock). Glenn went above and beyond for me. I can't sing his praises enough. Not only did he climb through a window for me, help me move a heavy dinosaur ac unit, helped me re-do my deadbolt and cut me new spare keys that work better than the original. He is also just such a good guy. He feels like someone who you can relate too and who truly wants to help you. 15 out 10. read more
