I needed to get wires and bands to pull my teeth back together. and of course straighten a few crooked teeth in the process. Both Dr. Harris and Dr Rochester were great, they both explained everything, answered questions and made me feel comfortable with the treatment I was getting. I've truly found everyone in the office to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable including office staff and ortho techs. Lastly, I've never felt rushed or like I was 'just another number' as I've heard about other offices.
