Stephanie was really flexible up until the actual shoot date- I changed the date and the time twice! Once we met, at Sand Key Park/Beach, she was relaxed and easy going. She gave us lots of great suggestions, but was never really bossy - it was friendly, gentle, and she was exceptionally kind with our little children (6 and 8). The eight year old is a wild child, and the other is a slow and steady type who is very interested in photography, and Stephanie was so willing to talk with him about it (and even let him take her picture). My partner, who dreaded the experience but went along with it to make me happy, found the experience to be much better than he imagined it would be. Stephanie gave us great suggestions for relaxed and informal poses, never making us feel awkward or forced, which is great. She was really professional, but also totally accessible. The photos themselves are stunning! She did a great job of capturing the essence of my children, and the thing that I ultimately wanted - a photo of the four of us! (since I take all the pictures) - ended up being just one of many photos I will be glad to hang on my walls. HIGHLY, highly recommend.

Stephanie is neither, she's flippin' fantastic! I rarely have any photos taken, no selfies, no help from others, and definitely no professionals. I get nervous and tense, it leaves me searching my mind for tips from America's Next Top Model. Anything to feel like I'm getting a good shot. This is what I prepared for when I scheduled my appointment with Stephanie. Instead, she put me so at ease and gave clear, concise, directions to make the process simple and fun. I was sad when our time was over and, for once, eager to see how the photos turned out. Again, flippin' fantastic. You'll see one of my shots as my icon right now; for the first time in my life I wanted to use my own image for my Facebook profile. Stephanie took a variety of shots, from colorful and friendly, to the lovely black and whites I can't help but brag about. More importantly, they were very patient with our slightly out of hand bridal party, and flexible when we asked to pay them to stay longer. The photobooth was a hit! I liked that it was open and spacious with lots of provided props; and relieved it was handled by another photographer vs left for our guests to figure out. During our ceremony and reception he was stealthy as he captured each heart felt moment, and made sure to capture all the important photos with consideration to hours of daylight left (sunset event). As we celebrated our Anniversary a few weeks ago we realized that our wedding video is in bad…read moreshape. We thought we had it converted to a DVD years ago but can't find it. So we went back to AVS since they had converted some other VHS tapes for us. They did an amazing job! They were quick and extremely price effective. And they were even able to enhance the 38 year old VHS tape so that it looks better. They are easy to work with and very helpful. We'll definitely take more tapes back to them for conversion.

When I originally called and talked to Stacy at Advanced and explained that it was also important because my half- sister's mom who had passed away when my sister was only 14 months might also be on the video. She was too young to remember her mom, Beth's voice. Turn-around was incredible! I dropped the VHS off on Friday, 4th of July mind you, and by Monday, Larry (her husband) had already completed the conversion! I was elated and have already brought several old VHS tapes with family and friends from years past to have converted. I just discovered one from my daughter's 1st birthday that I'm excited to bring in. I've recommended them to everyone I can and have already brought in 3 from my mom and upcoming from my brother. They handled everything with care and price was affordable. They even replaced, free, one of the copies I had mailed to my daughter the was damaged in the mail. They've been great to work with and again, highly recommended.
