Her assistant Abby was in contact with me the whole time by email and responded promptly. She has a sweet little studio out in Westchase. I think the only downside is the lack of natural light in the studio space. She does well with natural light as seen in her on location shoots. It would be nice to see how she could use it in her studio space. She had little outfits and hairpieces already styled, and I was absolutely thrilled with the fresh flowers surrounding the bath. She and her assistant were fantastic in ensuring Skylar would sit up well on her own and in getting her to look. I know how it can be with photographers where they don't want mom or dad calling their kid because they won't look at the camera, so I stayed quiet. It was apparent near the end that I could have been helping, I wish she told me in the beginning that it was okay to get Skylar's attention in that way because I think we would have gotten more facial expressions from her that way. I had my gallery in two weeks' time and the images were incredible. She did a sneak peek just later that day, and it was so perfect I was in tears. I would definitely consider Kelly for a future newborn session should I need one!

Horrible experience. Spent $600 for terrible photos that conveyed me in the most unflattering…read moremanner. Told the photographer this is for dating, need good angles, lighting, etc. Just crop, do what needs to be done. We spent a few hours taking photos in horrible heat (this all could have been done indoors, but the photographer figured outdoors on a hot day would be best). She asks for payment upfront, before anything is delivered. A week later Im chasing her for photos. Nothing has been edited. Everything has watermarks on it even though I already paid. I check the photos and my heart drops, stomach sinks. They are awful. Just to do a sanity check, I put ALL of her photos against selfies I took for free with my iPhone in less than a minute on a site called PhotoFeeler. This site has anonymous strangers rate photos based on visual appeal for dating, business, etc. My selfies, where I took maybe a minute to capture myself in a flattering manner outperformed ALL of her photos. Not some--ALL. She had 3 hours and 2 cameras worth thousands of dollars, and couldnt snag even a single pic that outperformed my simple selfies. JFC. On top of that, at the end of the session, she says "Now don't blame me if these photos don't get you a date." I.e., I think you're unattractive and these photos will not help you at all. Well no duh, the photos were so bad they completely underperformed my original selfies. I ended up just using my iPhone selfies, found a nice girl Im now dating but wow, what a complete waste of money. Heavily not recommended!

My husband accidentally went to the wrong park for our proposal and Jonelle was kind enough to rush over to the park we were at and capture the beautiful moment. She had a full right and opportunity to not come or to refuse since it was my husbands mistake, however she was so sweet to come any way. She then let us get pictures at another park as the one we were at was closing. And just when you think wow she really is amazing, it gets even better. My husband was so upset we didn't capture his vision for the proposal that she let us book another day with her to go to the park and get the pictures my husband dreamed of, free of charge. We booked her immediately for the wedding day. She was amazing then too of course. She worked with me through every step of the way and made sure that it was a special day. She even helped me make a timeline. Jonelle is a great photographer and an even greater person. If you want a fabulous photographer and a pleasant experience she's your person!
