I brought my older overlocker machine that I inherited from a relative in to be serviced after…read morefighting with it for a bit and deciding something was wrong with it. In about 3 days they let me know it was ready. Sean very kindly explained that there wasn't anything "wrong" with it, it was set up for a rolled hem foot and I was trying to overlock with it. After I stared blankly at him he showed me how to tell the difference and told me to just change the foot to an overlock foot and it would be good to go. Upon arriving home and discovering to my horror that I had no overlock foot, I called back and asked if they sold them or could tell me where to find one. Sean again explained that the machine was very old and they no longer made parts for it, but he would look around and see if he could find an extra in his stuff. Sure enough, he called me back to let me know that he did have one and would be happy to check that it fit. So 9 minutes and $20 later, I have a working machine that does what I was wanting it to do and a deep appreciation for Sewing Machine Mart. Sean was so patient and kind even when I felt like an absolute idiot for not knowing anything about this machine. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a bouquet or…read morepreferably a live plant with flowers to be delivered today or tomorrow to my pastor's wife/good friend for her birthday which is in just a couple days. 1. Note that when they answer it doesn't come up "Ideal Flowers." I asked about this change and she said they have had this same phone number since the 70's. No explanation as to why it is called something different on Yelp, so I gave her a heads-up on that. So I'll let her handle it (I'm thinking she was the owner but she didn't indicate). 2. Nothing available. "All our flowers this weekend are spoken for." She did, however, offer to deliver in a few days, which I did decline in favor of a different mode. 3. Points at least for answering the phone promptly on a weekend that is apparently extremely busy, no doubt unusually busy or out of flowers more quickly as Memorial Day weekend just passed a few days back. Will bookmark and keep on record as potential sale for the future, as the lady was nice, prompt, and informative.

I told him he should have just left and gone someplace else. He showed her pictures of his dates dress and she started picking it apart telling him what all was wrong with the dress and how it was a difficult color to match. He requested a certain flower that would have matched well, but she said these are hard flowers to grow and they don't carry them, besides the fact that those wouldn't match. Who cares?! It's what the girl wanted. Anyhow, the woman just told him she'd put something together that'd be good enough. Had I known this the day he went by I would've cancelled the order and had him go somewhere else. Prom is tonight. We shall see how her flowers look for further review. Okay.....he got the flowers and they're gorgeous. Thank God! He said a different lady was there that helped him and he said she took time to give him some advice and talked to him. So, I'm changing my rating from one star to four. People do not realize how important customer service is. People who are rude to they're customers should keep up the same standards that they require when they are the customer.
