We went to see the 1 km view point walk. Firstly, parking is €5 and payable only in coins. Thankfully there was an open cafe that would make change, but was a little annoying. The view point walk was then about 0.1 km walk to a partially obstructed view, a 0.4 km walk in view of the cafe, the 0.5 km in forest, without much to see (beyond fallen tree blocking the path). Perhaps my expectations were too high, or perhaps we should've done the much longer walks, but it just felt like a mediocre experience. read more

This was our first visit and I can't recommend this place enough. If you take the scenic route you are rewarded with the most amazing views. The scenic trail is about 9km long, but there are shorter walks, like the waterfall one, which I would love to try next time. There is a little cafe and picnic area next to the car park. read more
