From the very beginning, Sharon Steele from Coldwell Banker treated both my mother's home and our family with patience, compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. Fully aware of the complexities that could go with selling a home, it was clear that Sharon would be more than capable of navigating all that would come with the sale of our family home.. Her attention to detail, outstanding communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She respected the history and memories tied to the home while also helping us achieve an excellent outcome with the sale. Whenever we had a question and reached out to Sharon, she responded immediately with not just an answer, but a solution. What truly stood out was her kindness and dedication every step of the way. We always felt supported, informed, and confident that we were in the best hands possible. It is clear to our family why Sharon is the "Top Sales Agent" for all the homes sold in Cranford. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for our family, it was efficient, professional and overall excellent outcome. -The Leonard Family.

What sets Sharon apart is her unmatched marketing package. The professional photography and videography were stunning, but it didn't stop there. Our home was featured across Instagram, Facebook posts, Stories, and Reels, paired with gorgeous printed brochures that elevated the entire presentation. Her social media reach goes far beyond Union County, drawing serious buyers from Westfield, surrounding towns, and even NYC boroughs. Sharon knows how to price, position, and promote a luxury home--and how to negotiate with confidence. She is organized, communicative, and incredibly strategic, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold within the first weekend of exclusive showings. She came over and gave us advice on the house, pretty much she laid it out as: if you want to sell at $x, then you need to do this this and this, but if you are OK with $z, then you only have to do this and this. She also told us what to expect with the market and when would be best to buy or sell in different scenarios. Having Jenn present these options showed us that she is more than just your regular run-of-the-mill realtor, she genuinely cares about her clients.

We thoroughly vetted her before working with her, and she stood head and shoulders above anyone else we considered. So many buyers have struck out in this housing market, but with Kate's guidance our first offer was accepted, and she skillfully helped us navigate every step until we closed on our house. Looking to buy your first house is overwhelming, but Kate made it easy and fun. She has a great intuition for how hands- on or hands- off an agent you need. She was infinitely knowledgeable about the SOMA area--not just for real estate purposes, but restaurants to try, tradesperson recommendations, and more. She was always available by text, email, and phone and answered all our (many!) questions; when she didn't know something, she was very honest and would look up the answer or point us to someone who could help. Her unofficial team of inspectors, lawyers, etc. were also top notch. We highly recommend working with Kate--not only is she a stellar agent, but a fun person with a great sense of humor!

I spoke to Rahul the same day, and we met on a rainy evening, December 11th around 6 PM to see one home. From that day until I finalized my home, he helped me through every step of the process. As a first-time homebuyer, I wasn't aware of many details--how things work with lenders, mortgages, titles, inspections, etc. Rahul guided me through it all. He was always easy to reach via text or phone. Even if he missed a call, he would make sure to call back and check on my questions. We finalized our home in March 2025 and closed at the end of May (ironically, I found the listing myself on Zillow--haha!). But throughout the entire purchase process, whether it was dealing with the seller's agent, attorney, or mortgage lender, Rahul made it much easier for me. Even after closing, I'm still in touch with Rahul for various home-related questions. He continues to guide me and has even referred me to reliable contractors. One more thing--he's genuinely a polite, soft-spoken person who listens. He's not one of those agents who just talks over you. His calm demeanor really reflects his maturity and experience in the field. His team was also involved on a couple of occasions. I didn't get a chance to interact with Smitha, but I did meet Laura and Marta. Marta was present during the inspection and final walkthrough--and she was equally helpful. I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone to help with your future home! They really know what they're doing!

To call Tricia a realtor is an understatement. She's a masterful concierge that guides you through the home selling (or buying) process making smart suggestions, letting you make the informed decisions, all the while negotiating tough as nails on your behalf. We needed to make numerous alterations and fixes to the house prior to listing. Tricia went above and beyond in suggesting many low cost improvements, coordinating with our inspectors / contractors, and keeping a watchful eye on the house, chasing down at least one inspector and making sure the contractors stayed on schedule. She even did some of the upgrades herself! Tricia pays attention to every little detail, consistently communicates via text, email, and/or phone and was rapidly responsive to our questions even late at night when we expected her response to come back the next morning. We truly treasure the experience with Tricia and our parents are immensely grateful that their home was sold with such ease. We couldn't have done it without her and highly recommend Tricia to anyone selling or buying a home!

His staging team did a good job of helping us clean up the house to appeal to buyers, and the photography did a great job of presenting the home very favorably. We used several recommended professionals from Scott, including the attorney who handled our end of the sale. Overall, Scott provided excellent client service, responding quickly when we had questions, issues, or concerns - even to the point of helping me move a dryer up the basement stairs! The co-owner of this agency, Michael Lattmann, helped us find our first house (condo actually) way…read moreback in 2003 when my wife and I were engaged to be married. From the start we could tell that Michael was a detailed and driven realtor and he worked diligently with us to find the right home at the right price. He accompanied us to numerous listings until we finally won a bid on a nice 2BR/2BA unit in the "Hills" section of Bedminster. This all during the "hey day" of the housing market boom in which homes were being swept up left and right. Times and the market had changed, and we again sought out Michael and his now new agency (which he had recently started with a partner) in selling our then current home in order to move on to bigger and better things, doing so when the housing market had hit the bottom of hill I would say. Still, Michael and his professional team were able to advise us and prepare us for the sale resulting in less than a months time from the sign in the ground to an accepted offer. A very quick turnaround in relation to the market and a testament their expertise. While shopping for our new home, he again accompanied us, to multiple listings, placing multiple offers on different homes. Always presenting sound advice and keeping us level headed throughout the long affair. We ended up winning a bid over two other bidders on a very nice residence, which we thought was perfect for us, due to his spot on advice for our offer which was remarkable given that our bid was not even the highest they had received! But, alas, a third aggressive cash bidder ended up coming in after the fact sweeping it from under us despite our best efforts. The ending of the story is a good one though as an even better prospect was found, thanks to his attention to our needs and tireless searching, which we ending up winning the bid to and purchasing; again having to best another interested party. We were glad to have Michael's smarts and experience on our side throughout the process as it was the key determining factor. I couldn't even begin to imagine another realty agency I would ever use in the future based on our great experiences with Michael and his group. They truly do care about meeting your needs and making the process as easy for you as possible. While the name/title of the agency may seem "fancy" or overwhelming to most. Don't think for a minute that his team won't put the same amount of effort and care into your own situation as they do any of their other clients. We have experienced that first hand and would recommend them over any other agency in the area. Happy hunting!
