The "agent" also did not provide my phone # as direct contact by delivery company which makes zero sense. Tenant should receive any/all pertinent details, P.O. purchase order, contacts, vice versa, as to ensure a seamless endeavor. That being said, it seems as though "Yucca" and surrounding area(s) are used to getting subpar services as a general rule.
