We then put a game plan together to prepare the house and set up a timeline. We had an approximate date but nothing firm, Jennifer told us what day to be ready and said she'd lets us know when it was going to be time. Jennifer did not come out to sign an agreement and put a sign in our front yard, she came out to sell our home in a way that met our needs. Initially we were very nervous as we didint know where to begin in the horrific process of purchasing a home. Having Jennifer as our realtor made the process so simple. Initially we had tons of questions and Jennifer was always more than happy to answer them. She made it a point to explain everything thoroughly to us so that we understood the why's, when's and how's.  When it came to looking at houses, Jennifer was always flexible.  She worked with our schedule and we were able to see multiple houses until we found the right one for us. The thing that stood out to me the most that I really loved about Jennifer was that she was very honest with us.  I remember asking her to go see a house I had found for sale and when we first got there, the house looked nice. However,  Jennifer noticed things that I didint even realize were going to be future issues. For Jennifer, its not just about making another sale. It's truly about finding the home that is right for you. I will be recommending her to all my military friends and family.
