I feeling living here seems 2015 and if you were looking for a nice rental unit that is nice size…read moresquare footage life Timber Ridge offers three bedroom two and a half bath units some have fireplaces two bedroom one and a half past units. Some of the units have been upgraded as far as kitchens and bathrooms and luxury vinyl plank flooring and now they are working on the outside of the building putting in new windows Doors shutters don't get me wrong they always kept the outsides of the buildings and grounds and excellent condition but the owners of this complex really put money back into their property. Releasing agent George is always very friendly very prompt on getting back to you with problems or questions and the team George has as far as the guys that come in and fix things or top notch they are always very friendly very personable they know how to talk and get the job done at the same time in a prompt manner. A few years ago we woke up Christmas morning and had to call an emergency maintenance guy to come in I fixed the heater that was out. He was here in about 20 minutes again Christmas morning with a smile on his face and his friendly as he can be and I feel horrible that I even had to call everybody should be home with their families on Christmas. The complex is usually on the quiet side both the two bedroom and three bedroom units are upstairs and downstairs and have washers and dryers in each unit . on March 9th I woke up to find my partner had passed away in the laundry room and he had pulled some pipes down I guess as he was having his heart attack he was trying to grab onto things and put some pipes down. I called George a few days later and he couldn't have been nicer I couldn't have been more considerate of my loss he said one of the maintenance man right over as priority of him to get the things fixed. So what I'm getting at is I have lived here for 8 years and George became leasing agent around the same time and like I said he runs this place and make sure things get done and it's not like he has to stay on the maintenance guys they work very hard and I don't know what to get paid but they deserve a lot more they are always working their butts off. So if you are looking for a rental property in the Lindenwold Clementine even further out I would highly recommend Timber Ridge townhouses for the price inside of the rooms and the bedrooms you're not going to find another complex that keeps up with their units their maintenance and their grounds. one more thing that you can't teach people is how to be nice and considerate and even the neighbors with my loss had brought food over they are nice they always stop and say hello and you don't always get that in rental properties the property I lived in before this after I sold my house after 30 years the people with me when look at you let alone talk to you so when I moved there everybody is just nice to everybody so check out Timber Ridge townhouses on West Park Avenue in Lindenwold it's worth the trip

She went and put an application in which…read morecost $50 upon putting application in they told her they needed $250 up front. $200 deposit and $60 application fee. Do they swiped her debit card for $250 on a Wednesday and then emailed her 2 days later and said she got accepted. They said the rent will be $925 a month and being though they already had $200 from debit card that they will need another $725 that following Wednesday. On Thursday she notified them she is no longer interested in moving in and how do she get her $200 back. She said I'm not expecting the $50 application fee just the $200 and you can give the apartment to someone else. They had the nerve to say I couldn't get my $200 back.Mind you they still wanted an additional $725 to equal the $925. So why if I no longer want to move in the 1bdrm apartment must they keep my $200. Plus wanting another $1387.50 upon moving in on Jan 15,2021. BE AWARE THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE SMALL FINE PRINT TO KEEP THE $200. This is unacceptable. PLEASE ANYBODY LOOKING TO MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE GIVING THEM ANY MONEY. What's the difference between applying for the apartment and getting accepted or denied. THEY KEEP THE MONEY THEY ASK YOU FOR UP FRONT. NEVER GIVE UP ANY EXTRA MONEY UNTIL YOUR CREDIT HAS BEEN RAN ONLY GIVE APPLICATION FEE. A lesson learned!!!

Lived here for 3 years, if you need a roof over your head this is definitely a roof, but it depends…read moreif you're ready to play exterminator because you WILL get bugs. And I'm not talking fruit flies. They come from the walls and if you're on the first floor like we were, check under/behind your furniture regularly. Took outlet covers off to paint and a giant roach came out. Summers are the worst as they just keep coming and it's embarrassing to have friends and family over. Place ALWAYS has kids stomping around the buildings on the metal stairs, and the walls are so thin you can hear that from the back of the apartment. Always has cops running around because there's some shady business going on. Don't get me started on the constant parking battle. Hope you don't like going out on weekends, or if you do, having to park so far from your actual apartment that you have to walk 5 minutes to your apartment because there's no regulation on how many cars/people with cars are in which building, all parking is a free for all and everyone's burden to bear. Oh and a pool? Paved in, we moved in and were agreeable to our rent because we were moving into a complex with a pool. It shutdown that summer and was filled in. We never got to experience it so it wasn't a huge loss, but it was part of the reason we chose autumn ridge. The only good part about this place is Danielle at the leasing office. Whenever we were having issues she was always very responsive, and was a bright light in a dim place. We even got most of our deposit back, with some taken out because we gave 51 days notice instead of 60 (an expensive $400 to stay in the apartment for 9 days lol). But overall we are glad to be out of here and cannot NOT recommend it enough lol.

When we moved in, there were stains on the carpet in November of 2022. Wasn't a huge deal to us so we didn't make a stink but we did document it. When we moved out they said they were charging us $400 to have the carpet replaced. I asked why and they claimed it had "an odor". They also said it was brand new in October of 2022 (there's no way as it was already stained when we moved in-picture below). Never once did we have an odor issue and every time maintenance came in they complimented how clean our space was compared to many others. Seems convenient that they claimed "odor" since it cannot be documented. 2) constant car break ins, dings and scratches to car from people parking too close to 3) Maintenance was very responsive whenever we needed an issue fixed, however I had maintenance let themself into my apartment unannounced when I was home alone which was quiet unnerving I really wish we would have had a better experience here but it seemed to be one thing after another with the security deposit not being fully returned being the cherry on top.

Don't move here. They are not handicap accessible. Sure they have handicap signs but there are…read moresteps everywhere and no way for anyone with a wheelchair to simply roll to their apartment door. As a resident, you have to pay EXTRA to use their pool and gym. They DO NOT clean that beautiful river. It's full of garbage. They advertise that they have a pet park but where is the playground for children?? The tennis court is a joke and basically where the kids play, sadly. Also, house inspections. I have never lived anywhere in New Jersey that has this many inspections. It's really annoying to have strangers come inspect your apartment for "safety" all the time. They're going to comment on my comment to rebut but please believe me when I tell you, don't move here. If they're serious about making your residence here as comfortable as possible, then they should consider making changes to the complaints I've listed above. -Stop the extra fees to the pool and gym. If I'm a resident already paying to live here, why do I need to pay more for those things?? -CLEAN YOUR RIVER! What about those beautiful ducks and geese?? -handicap accessible? Are you really handicap accessible to those in wheelchairs and people with mobility issues? -playground? Y'all love dogs more than kids? Get a playground for them babies and make this $1400 rent worth it! -house inspections. Y'all claim it's "mandatory by the state" but what about other apartment complexes that don't do this in New Jersey? Maybe inspect BEFORE someone moves in and AFTER they leave? If you're worried about hoarders then that should be a separate issue and not forced on the entire apartment complex.

Nobody was apparently in the locked building. A mail carrier tried unsucessfully to gain access. At two-fifteen pm, nobody pulled up to actually enter the darkened office. I sent an e-mail to "Hue" about nobody showing up. I got this as a response, "One of The Landings at Pine Lake leasing team members will review your inquiry and get back to you shortly." Apparently I was not worth the trouble of a scheduled tour, and I wasted time and gas.

Leaving an honest review. Is the Village fine for a starter apartment with reasonable proximity to…read morethe highway? Sure. The pros are the numerous stores and some excellent restaurants in the area, which is convenient. But the cons? These apartments are riddled with quality issues. The carpet, stacking washer-dryer, and air conditioner is terrible. Everything runs on electric, and I routinely get $300+ electric bills. Management will do whatever they can to get you to lease for another year, except what actually matters. The materials used to construct the apartment are laughable. The dryer vents into your bathroom and the kitchen becomes extremely hot when cooking. For the area, the apartments are just okay. You don't get much storage space, and the layout leaves little room for anything but the bare minimum. Don't even get me started on the mold, which I corroborated with multiple neighbors. There's better out there for almost $1,700 and $300+ electric. On the plus side, the maintenance team is great.

Maintenance/pest control puts down traps, and wants to come weekly to "check the traps". Because I tell them no, as it is pointless, I can check the traps and let them know if it caught anything. I have a new baby and a dog, I don't need people in and out my house, dog barking and waking baby, but because I tell them no to checking weekly, they say they haven't been able to treat the issue properly.. makes no sense. Property manager also told me today just because there is mouse poop and pee doesnt mean there is a mouse??? A complete joke. On top of that, maintenance has had to seal 3 openings in my apartment, behind the stove, under the sink and in my closet, which is how the mouse probably got in. And property manager Aubrey refuses to let me break my lease 1-2 months early due to my belongings being destroyed, because this complex is money hungry.

We were still living there at the time, so I took it down until we could move back and retain our security deposit.*** Where to begin... First: Just say no to Candlebrook property management. My boyfriend and I moved into this apartment in May '15, as we relocated from Ohio. The apartment complex is centrally located, with ease to restaurants, shopping and the expressway. One month into the lease the aesthetics of the outside of the apartment were nothing to be desired. Standing stinky water, sinkholes and ruined grass appeared gradually. Caution tape was strewn about the outside which helps as we had to dodge the goose poop that was never cleaned up. Now to the inside: We did not had cold water in our bathroom sink since MAY. When we call to get it fixed, the maintenance staff says they can't do it...we just found out today that we have to go through the buildings contractor, which is owned by the property management company. Lining their own pockets while providing awful work. The kitchen sink pipes continually become loose. We will come home from work to random puddles of water and food from the garbage disposal on the floor. Because of the constant leaks, the "hardwood floors" or the stickers that look like hardwood are lifting and warping. We have called seven times to have this fixed in the course of six months. The dishwasher was inappropriately hooked up, which caused issues with the unit appropriately washing and drying the dishes. We called maintenance because there are animals inside the walls. I know it sounds crazy, but the maintenance department said it happens and put traps up on the outside of the apartment. It did not help, we can hear something scratching in the walls late night, and the trap is still unoccupied. Our HVAC unit caught on FIRE. We turned on our heat for the first time, and about 45 minutes after we went to bed, the entire apartment was filled with smoke and fumes. We were provided space heaters for 3 days as they replaced the unit. The maintenance worker informed us that the unit had not been properly cared for in YEARS. The apartment still has an odor of fumes. I called about the floors, sink, and to get a log of the number of times the sink needed to be fixed and they have exactly 1 call logged. 1 single call about having no heat. AND the call wasn't about no heat...it was a fire! Good thing I kept track of all the requests. If I could give zero stars, I would!
