If they have run out of stock they will order it for you, call you about how the order is going and of course when it has arrived, place things under the counter for you, all the things that make a great service, efficient and friendly. The reason I have to lower the rating is more to do with product cost. I have been reviewing places and business' around Auckland for the past six weeks and have had the opportunity to compare some prices of products that I like to have in stock regularly, this includes the Braggs All Purpose Seasoning. Greenville Organics in Takapuna (the 'rich' end of town) sell it for $11.16, 473ml, Health 2000 in New Lynn sell it for $20, same size. What is going on guys? That is a huge price difference, one that can't be ignored. I should mention that the average I have seen it priced in smaller organic stores has been approx. $13.

I invest truckloads in natural cosmetics and health products because being "healthy" means alot to me. Natural retail experts are genuinely interested in keeping people well and happy. For me I support and invest my other half's hard earned money not only in excellent products but in customer service. These guys win overall hands down. Of course they have full prescription services, and pharmacists to assist with your medial queries. They also have the full range of pharmacy related health and beauty stands and products, but whoever is responsible for the gifts in store does a great job. I always find the ideal thing for a friend or family member here. They've got things like photo frames, pamper products, earring holders, soaps and perfumes you get the idea. I just love looking over the shelves and picking up something special from this full stocked pharmacy. My advice is to forget about the stress of shopping for gifts from the mall and pop in here because their range will surprise you.

Mother reports the doctors, nurses and receptionists are all still lovely and while the doctors do change over the years, she is always happy with the care and attention she receives. The pharmacy is right next door for absolute convenience to fill those prescriptions. I noticed that the pharmacy shelves were rather sparsely stocked however the essential items were in store. Staff were very friendly when I filled mum's prescription.

The mean doctor man wouldn't let me see my mum because he thought that would just make me cry more, yank yank yank. It was awful. And I remember the reception ladies being mean as well and they all made me feel like I was being a baby because I had "a few stitches" in my foot. I was eight! God damn. Hopefully they have new doctors and new reception ladies. Otherwise I would never ever go there.

It's usually a 10 minute wait to get the prescription filled and the time goes by so quickly because I browse the shelves. They stock a good selection of hair products like brushes and hair ties along with the good old hair lice treatment which every family with young children may need to access from time to time. They have sun glasses, make-up, soaps, oral care products, first aid, health supplements and more. If you need to pick up a gift for any age group your needs might be met at this pharmacy.

Now, the store was a little busy with people in obvious need of some sort of medical treatment (as is not uncommon in West Auckland) and this rowdy clamouring may have distracted the staff members there. Thankfully when I asked if they stocked moustache wax, I had already had my morning coffee. As they handed me Nad's Facial Wax (women's hair removal strips) they apologised they didn't have male specific products. I chuckled and left, noting the prices for Nad's and other store products aren't any cheaper than other pharmacy's. (Strangely they did have hair wax directly above the Nad's- try the Shaver Shop on Pitt St for more moustachioed treats.)
