If you happen to be in Elizabeth NJ, I stumbled across this quick oil change and car wash. For 12.00 you get a hand-wash, tire shine and towel dried vehicle. 5 stars due to the quick servicing and great price. I was looking for another car wash in the area and was surprised how many other establishments were packed offering the same car wash services. Until the next phase of the "new norm" I will have to DIY the interior of my vehicle and trust my vacuum and armor all skills are comparable to the car wash professionals.

Right away, one of the technicians tried to aggressively push major repairs, claiming the head gasket was damaged just by looking under the hood. I declined and stated I only wanted an oil change. ​While I was in the waiting area, the manager came in asking in an accusatory tone where I had the car serviced last, claiming someone put silicone on the oil drain plug. As soon as I told him that they were the ones who did that last service, his entire attitude changed. The manager became extremely arrogant, defensive, and completely denied it, insisting I must have taken the car elsewhere. Both he and the receptionist started putting on a scene with ridiculous excuses, even arguing that the license plates didn't match--completely ignoring that plates change when moving states, and service history is tracked by the VIN. ​On my way out, this manager called someone named "Ismaelito," allegedly the owner. I asked him directly for an email address to submit a formal written complaint about what happened, but he flatly refused and arrogantly told me that if I wanted to send him anything, I should do it through the court. ​Shady tactics, attempts to upsell unnecessary repairs, refusal to take responsibility for their own work, and hostile treatment toward customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

Eric, however, discovered the nest concealed behind the passenger seat, beneath the pocketing. He promptly advised a remedy and undertook the removal and cleansing thereof. I delivered the vehicle to Eric at Everlast for further work, and I extend my thanks to him for the reupholstering of the seat. Upon inquiry, I asked whether he might ionize the truck; he agreed and allowed for a twenty-four hour treatment. He then went further still, electing to shampoo all carpets and dismantle interior fittings, including the center console, and even removing the floor mats in full. Everything was carefully restored to its proper place thereafter, including the seat and all interior components. The work was executed with great care and skill. The offensive odor has been entirely removed, and the truck is now in a condition as though it were newly delivered.

I dropped my car yesterday morning and he couldn't have been more professional not only inspecting the car before we left but explaining the process and exactly what the price would be and what it would cover. Throughout the day the owner kept us informed with texts about the timing and the car was ready exactly when it was expected. The quality of the work was excellent and the owner didn't try to up sell anything which was appreciated. I'm very happy with the job and will be using him again.
