After declining the extra insurance coverage, but knowing that my own insurance would cover it, I did the reasonable thing and had it fixed and didn't tell the rental company. Sneaky? Yes, but I know they'd have charged me to do exactly what they would do: fill the ding. I called my insurance company who uses Safelite as their preferred glass vendor, and was routed to the Safelite call center. They scheduled me an appointment that afternoon, and even offered to come do it for me while I spent the day exploring Tombstone. Instead I popped by this Safelite in the afternoon, was in an out in about 45 minutes with a ding-free windshield. The gentleman who helped me was fast and friendly. No complaints. I'd definitely use Safelite again.

So I waited a week and then the tint person called out so I got rescheduled to get a new windshield with the "correct" tint already done in shop but when the tech installed the new windshield the tint is still wrong this was on Thursday 2/26 tech said the supervisor was going to call me to reschedule again for the tint to be done correctly but as of today I had not received any sort of communication. I do not recommend this location. I picked it because they did mobile but I rather drive an hour to the location on Valencia to have it done properly the first time.

To begin, I called and spoke to a very friendly representative in the office who scheduled a crew to come out and examine the door for a quote. Soon afterwards, I received a call back from the office with repair options and quotes. Once A1 had the availability date from the glass manufacturer, they called to schedule the installation appointment a couple of weeks away. During the wait, the office followed up a couple of times to remind us of the appointment and to check if the date and time still worked for us. When it was time to do the actual repair, the same 2-man crew came out. They were friendly and did a fantastic job with the repair, adjustments and clean-up. The replacement glass is perfect, and the door slides like new again. We're very pleased.
