Growing up on a tight budget as we were 6 children raised by a single Mom, I'm sure Huntsville Glass' pricing was reasonable, or we would not have been able to afford it! Covid and the worker shortage along with material price increases have taken a toll. Where once you could choose from several dozen styles of glass now you're limited to perhaps three or four and wait times are off the chart! Here's the rub: Glass service companies order their glass from places where you could order too! And they don't have installation workers they keep in staff. They hire outside crews that you could hire too! They're glorified unorganized high priced middle men who have enough work and could care less if you get serviced or not. They will overcharge and put you off till their quote expires only to raise the quote, tell you they will when they want, and flat-out lie through their dentures. And the bad news? They're actually a little bit better than the other glass company in town! Only use these people if you have no choice.
