In all of these cases Cimarron Glass has been our go-to for fast, friendly and professional glass replacement. The latest occasion was yesterday. Hunter and Justin arrived promptly for our appointment and got right to work- carefully removing the window frame and broken glass. Then they inserted the new glass panel in the frame and put it back in place. After carefully cleaning and checking for any residual glass fragments (there were none), they were on their way- all within 1/2 hour of arrival. The price wasn't bad, either, considering the high costs of materials today. Cimarron Glass will continue to be our choice and we highly recommend them.

I don't know how many times I've set up appointments for estimates, given the job to the person/company and then get ghosted. Paid half up front. 5/12/25 showed up with the WRONG window. Took out my old window before realizing they had the wrong window. I ordered a Pro Via Aspect DOUBLE HUNG, in white with FULL screen. They brought a Pella 250 series, SINGLE hung in the WRONG size. They installed it with the promise of the correct window would be installed as soon as they got it in and I would be refunded. My house was left a mess. STILL NO COMMUNICATION from the owners. To top it off, the installer no longer works for them... I would avoid all the people involved with this company until they get themselves straightened out and PROFESSIONAL.
