A few months went by, and I noticed that the boards had shifted, and it was hard for me to open my gate. I gave them a call, and the call didn't go through. I tried several times with no luck. After about a month someone finally answered the phone, and he came out the next day. He said it wasn't a problem; he could fix it without a big deal. I waited and waited for them to show up without any luck, I am still waiting. Every time I talk to him, he gives me a run around; I get the idea he has no intention of repairing my fence. Please do not hire this company!!!!

I asked about this at the time and was told "it's normal" and to wait. I waited and the lawn was worse so I called again and was told this is "normal" and that's it - they don't stand by their work AT ALL and will blank you once they've been paid. Celso and I worked through several details together and landed on all the specifics before moving forward. His policy of a 50% deposit is very honest and all managed electronically. Celso is honestly one of the nicest and most communicative contractors I have ever worked with. He built several new fences and gates for me and also coordinated the staining of the new fences as well as an old deck at the property. I highly recommend Rozco's Construction to anyone!
