I originally contacted A&B via Yelp and they got back to me the next day. We were able to schedule someone to come out 2 days after in order to discuss our projects, measure and receive a quote. I had contacted 3 other glass companies for quotes (2 recommended by our contractor) and A&B were the most reasonably priced. They weren't pushy at all and were quick to respond to all my little questions even before we decided to go with them. From Rebecca in the office, to the installation team, everyone was so wonderful to work with! Would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use again!

The mirror didn't break but I needed it glued back onto the hinges. I went to another local glass company that was supposedly at that time the best, and was laughed at saying it couldn't be fixed. (To be honest, I don't think they are in business anymore.) At any rate, I found Crystal glass and they took the job on without hesitation! It held for quite a while and failed again .. but once again ... without hesitation they took it on to find something that would hold... like it was a welcomed challenge... and they did just that! It's been many years now and it's still as good as new! Stop here and don't hesitate to use this company! You won't do better anywhere else!

When asked for them to take a look and fix the large gap, the technician came out and stated there is nothing he can do to fix the gap and blame on the hot Florida heat and having a dashcam wire running along the headboard cause the headliner board to sag. This full of crap because there was no gap before the windshield replaced by them. Now the dashcam wire would fall down with a little bump. I would not recommend this company to replace your cracked windshield. This is not the first time I had my windshield replaced but from different company, never have a large gap like this. Do not let this company replace your windshield. I would give them a 0 but 1 is the lowest. Not happy!

Long review incoming…read more I purchased a dining room table and wanted a glass tabletop made for it. I knew someone would have to come to my home to measure, since it wasn't a generic size. I called 2 other glass and mirrors establishments prior to this business. On one occasion, they were a no-show and the other business never called me back after taking my information 2x. Being extremely frustrated, my friend's husband HIGHLY recommended Pinellas Pasco Glass & Mirror. I called them up and Andrea gave me an appointment that was very convenient for me (and very soon) and Jeremy showed up to take measurements and do the pattern for production. His communication to me in terms of turnaround time for the tabletop to be made and delivered, was aligned to what Andrea told me. It would be about 1 week. THREE DAYS LATER Andrea called me and said it was ready for delivery. Absolutely amazing! Shawn and Mark delivered and installed my glass tabletop. Everyone who has been to my home, tells me how wonderful it looks. Every single person I interacted with at the company was simply wonderful. I could not recommend Pinellas Pasco Glass & Mirror more!
