My recent visit to this Deputy Registrar to renew my driver's license might possibly be my fastest…read moreand most pleasant BMV trip ever. As long as I work downtown (within a 20-minute walk of this location), I will come back to this location for my license renewal or other BMV needs. I arrived around 11:30am on a Thursday, and waited in line for maybe 10-15 seconds before a clerk offered to help me. Erica was friendly, courteous, and fast. The process of license renewal seems a bit more streamlined with less paperwork than I remember -- no actual "paperwork," technically, since it's all on-screen now. Including the questions and updates to my information, payment (now accepting credit cards!), the photo, and the wait for my license to be printed, the whole process took maybe five minutes, ten minutes tops. One star docked for not having a mirror available for me to primp before my license photo. True, I guess I could have pulled out my cellphone and checked myself that way, but my photo ended up looking just fine, anyway.

They came with high recommendations from two friends Without going into 20 paragraphs all I can say is they're communication sucked they're promises of being here then not showing up sucked understandable they had some emergencies and tractor problems it happens but you communicate with your customer. Again not going into huge detail but we were promised several things that weren't written on the invoice that were given the day of the quote.. including fixing the neighbor's yard which they said is not something they do after they told us they would too long of a story to go into All I can give advice to them is you don't ghost your customer over and over again We had the cash we luckily didn't pay them until the job was totally done are we probably would have never seen them again We are loyal cash paying people We don't rip people off but you do finish the job before you get paid in full That's a given with any contractor as you all know The job was not completed the first day we were waiting for them to come back to pay them which was like pulling teeth.. Obviously when they finish the job they got paid plus some we appreciate what they did but they need to be better communicators in the future..
