These people are shady! After they came and snaked my lines which went all right I asked to pay…read morethem immediately, the plumber told me they would send a bill soon. The next day I called them and they told me it hasn't been processed yet, so I wait a week, same answer. A month rolls by and I recall about that bill and give them a phone call and they have no record of me. I then see the actual plumber who did the service in Bricks cafe eating breakfast and I mention the bill that I never received. He smiled and said "they will get it to you" They did give it to me! 10 months later I get the bill for 450 bucks with a 18 percent interest rate for every month I didn't pay starting with date the work was done. The Bill said I owed around 1100, I drove into there place and talked with the lady at the desk. She saw that I wasn't pleased, and I mentioned how this was against the law, she immediately caved and blamed it on a CPU glitch. She then asked for the original 450 which I paid in cash and made her give me a receipt. How could that be a glitch though? It was printed and then mailed to my house stating everything that I mentioned. I reported them to the BBB because I could tell I wasn't the first person or the last they will be trying that scam on.

Michael diagnosed, cleaned things up, and fixed the issue right there and then. I assumed since it was a heatwave week, I'd have to wait for service so this was awesome. I saw water had leaked on to the basement floor and I thought it was the A/C but Michael said it wasn't and found it was the outside faucet (started leaking into the basement when we turned it on) so I was able to schedule a plumber through this same company! Michael was super knowledgable, considerate (made a point of not tracking water into the house), and polite. Love this company. Happy to have found them. Highly recommend.
