The next day I called them and they told me it hasn't been processed yet, so I wait a week, same answer. A month rolls by and I recall about that bill and give them a phone call and they have no record of me. I then see the actual plumber who did the service in Bricks cafe eating breakfast and I mention the bill that I never received. He smiled and said "they will get it to you" They did give it to me! 10 months later I get the bill for 450 bucks with a 18 percent interest rate for every month I didn't pay starting with date the work was done. The Bill said I owed around 1100, I drove into there place and talked with the lady at the desk. She saw that I wasn't pleased, and I mentioned how this was against the law, she immediately caved and blamed it on a CPU glitch. She then asked for the original 450 which I paid in cash and made her give me a receipt. How could that be a glitch though? It was printed and then mailed to my house stating everything that I mentioned. I reported them to the BBB because I could tell I wasn't the first person or the last they will be trying that scam on.

They charge way more then the company we chose and they are completely horrible to deal with. The only person from the place that was nice to us was the guy who inspected the unit.
