Again i don't see how i paid 300 for this. I am so sad i even cried. i hate it mind you i have to live with this. She listened to what I wanted and nailed the length and layers. The salon itself is much more comfortable than others I've been to. I often struggle with how loud salons tend to be - lots of running water, blow drying, and chatting that tends to echo in the space. Surprisingly, I found I didn't need earplugs for my visit which was an added bonus. I'll definitely be making another appointment when I need to and will try color + cut next time.
