I have been coming to Faux Finish every week for almost 3 years now because of the quality of their work, the products that they use and the fact that the tan is personalized for your skin type/color/condition. I refer everyone I know to Faux Finish! All of the spray tans are organic and vegan and won't dry out your skin, plus they have additives like scents and anti-aging/slimming for an extra boost! For example, if you accidentally spill something on your tan or get caught in the rain on the way home they will fix it for you immediately and every tan comes with a free touch up! I was beginning to feel very self-conscious of my eyebrows and how they affected my look or how I…read moreperceived they affected it. I contacted Micole about microblading and asked her a ton of questions about the process, the aftercare, and the permanency of it. She very patiently answered my questions and eased my concerns. I was a little nervous going in for my first appointment but she put me right at ease. It was comforting like going to your hair stylist and just chatting it up, all the while she was helping me become less self-conscious of my shortened eyebrows. Throughout the process, Micole walked me through each step, told me the sensations I may feel, and, if, at anytime I needed to take a break than to let her know. After that first session, she sent me home with very realistic aftercare and what to expect instructions, and a reminder to contact her for a touch-up in 6-8 weeks. On my touch-up, Micole noticed that the color hadn't stuck like she wanted and, instead of doing a simple touch-up, she basically re-microbladed my eyebrows. Her concern was not any type of money aspect, but more so that I was happy with the outcome. A week into my touch-up I sent her pictures to be sure the color was sticking now and she said it was doing exactly what was needed. Micole has been nothing but responsive, considerate, and caring to me through the process. Microblading is an art, and Micole is a true artist. She made me proud of my eyebrows once again!

My eyebrows were big and…read moreblocky when she finished but she said that would be fixed at the follow up appointment in 6 weeks, that was part of what I paid for, The day before the 6 week appointment Micole canceled the appointment by text and said for me to call to reschedule another appointment. When I called the call went to voicemail and she did not return my call. I called a couple times. I texted her and tried to reschedule that way. She made a reschedule appointment and again canceled the day before. This reschedule/cancel appointment t by her went on for 6 months! I still had big blocky eyebrows that were not finished. I never did get the 6 week follow up appointment that I paid for in advance and my eyebrows look ridiculous. Micole was rude to me on text and I have proof of all the times she canceled appointments on text. I read reviews and saw I am not the only one e Micole has done this to. She deletes the bad reviews she gets once she sees them. That is why she only has like 5 reviews. If you watch her reviews you will see the bad ones before she deletes them. Poor professionalism and a scam artist is all she is.
