I was trying to help.. there was absolutely no need to be so rude. They took a 20min break after being there for an hour which i was not impressed with. When we got to my unit (i had already starting bringing bins and had arranged them on the side in a way I wanted about a week prior) It was pouring rain my moving day and I had my son with me so we sat in the car while they unloaded the truck. They moved all my stuff around and I couldn't really see much but it looked okay at first. I just went back to get winter items out, and saw what they did. They flipped a bunch of my bins UPSIDE DOWN!! They broke so many items!! All my wood furniture is scratched because they jammed stuff in between items, and there was extra room when they where done!! Im furious!! Who stacks bins upside down?? And is so careless with other peoples belongings!? They also asked for cash which was super sketchy and not discussed beforehand and I paid $300 for this bullshit. I had to meet Al at the bank to give him his money because be didn't say anything when we talked previously. Then i waited at the bank foreverrrr and he shows up and says he went home to go get changed first... seriously!!Do NOT use this company, what a bloody joke. Thanks for nothing!! Half loaded the truck when they noticed the underside of our dining room table was dirty and had an old mouse dropping from before our house was fumigated and we explained that it was fumigated and had the Receipt to show that the house was properly taken care of. They refused to move anymore and took what they had loaded already off the truck leaving us stranded in an already tight deadline to move. I think they didn't want to tackle the heavier items they haven't gotten too yet. This left us trying to find another mover or truck already late in the day, I would recommend this company to anyone unless you were moving from one impeccably clean new house to another because if you live in an older home that may have had mice problems they won't touch it.

But more than anything when my mom asked to give me a break as she will give him more business now that she would be moving to me. He didn't care. He could of given me $35 break as I would of got my $15 back as per my change. But didn't. He said "it is what it is" ... left my home. No goodbye nothing !!! that's ok. When I saw what had happened to all of my furniture I called Nick to come and inspect all of the damage. He arrived with a camera and took pictures of all of the damage and PROMISED that he would have it all repaired and would call me when the he had a estimate on everything damaged. About I week later he called me and said that there was no way that his men could have caused that much damage and more or less insinuated that I had did it myself. Before the move he was in my home and had checked my furniture and found nothing wrong with it. There is no way that I would destroy what it took me a lifetime to own. So when the estimate came in for the cost to repair all the damage his men did he refused to make any kind of restitution and stopped answering my calls . I am a senior woman and because of that he took advantage of the fact I couldn't do anything to force him to do the honest and right thing and pay for what his demolition crew had done to my belongings. So take WARNING and avoided this company at all costs or you will pay the same price that I did. This is not a moving company but a demolition team and the only thing you will get by hiring them is unlimited Stress and astronomical financial loss .They took advantage of me because they thought because I was a old lady and would not fight back.
