You pick green or red and then what peppers you want them to use. It was absolutely delish. Especially when you put it on your homemade hot corn tortillas the chilaquiles were good, but not the best I had while I was there. I would have to say the highlight was the churros. They came out pipping hot and were simply fantastic with my coffee. It was a great experience and when I go back it will definitely be a place a go too. The staff were all very friendly and smiling. They had someone there that could speak English so that was a plus. Google translate can only do so much. Ha ha

Arturo is great server He is hoping around and very friendly... Now the food...Lechon was basically carnitas The Panucho relleno negro trash Aslo it looked like tostada. Now it was nice to see Frijol con puerco on the menu without being monday or trying to find it before it's all gone by 3:00pm Back home we eat after 5:00 But for them they eat dinner during lunch...oh well Anyways Frijol con puerco was good hot and fresh...my down side very little meat and also very little of everything on sides. Overall would i come back....no Unless I really wanted Frijol con puerco not being on monday i might come back...oh and churros were ok
