I love this store! Chris, the owner, is so kind and helpful. He really goes the extra mile. He even personally goes on all the furniture deliveries to make sure everything goes smoothly. Beautiful variety of home decor and it changes regularly. Chris is really connected and supportive of the community. For example, all of the art is from local artists. I fell in love with a sofa here but unfortunately the measurements were too big for my apartment. Chris was kind enough to refer me to another store down the street. He wanted to keep supporting the neighborhood. I did purchase a gorgeous lamp here. It's really cool and hangs on an angle, and I can tap the middle hanging piece to adjust the brightness. Chris is AMAZING! So nice and sweet! I had walked by this shop a number of times with my dog, since we live right around the corner. Had my eyes on some cute oversized velvet chairs with ottomans that I knew would be just perfect in our space. I went in a couple times for measurements and Chris was always so helpful - writing things down for me, measuring himself. After a couple of weeks, we finally deduced to purchase, and Chris and Matt personally wrapped and hand delivered the chairs and ottomans to us! I cannot wait to go back and look for some other pieces to complete our place - they have so many cute things. The best thing about this shop is that the items are so luxurious yet very affordable! My husband and I love our purchases from G&L, I had an open house in the neighborhood and we were looking for furniture for our new house so we stopped in. We we able to find our coffee table, side table, two chairs for the living room, and two bookcases for our dining room. Chris and his husband delivered two days later(apologizing for no reason because it took two days to get the rental truck) and Kim did her very best to get us the best price for everything we purchased. If they had existed 15 years ago when I purchased my first furniture in Andersonville it would all be from there. I highly recommend this store, the owners, and their staff. We noticed the outdoor display when walking by and it drew us into the cutest shop we never knew existed just around the block. The home decor is unique yet timeless.
