During my Mom's appointment the building had a fire alarm go off and we were asked to vacate the building and stay outside until further notice. The 2 men were right there reassuring us that they will not move from my Mom's side and they even had to tell the facility that, "No, we won't leave without her, we don't abandon our clients.
