Less than 12 hours from our morning pickup time I received cancelation emails, no phone calls or even a text message. Seriously? Had I depended on their previous TWO CONFIRMATIONS and not been triple checking everything I wouldn't have seen the emails and we would have missed the flight. The most wonderful thing about VIP TRANSPORTATION (which isn't provided at that other place) is a REAL LIVE PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE!
