First of all this is our first time eating here and the owner has put a lot of work into the building to make it more appealing and pleasant. Ordered the Gouda Mac and cheese bits and mozzarella sticks for starters. Mozzarella sticks came out still frozen. Had to send back to kitchen. My wife orders the a cheesesteak sandwich and I ordered the Italian Stromboli. I received my Stromboli but wife had to wait for at least 10 minutes for her cheesesteak sandwich. Apparently they put marinara on them and she asked them to not. Mistakes happen. Food finally arrived and we were able to finally eat together. I do recommend Giuseppe's for anyone wanting Italian. We tried Giuseppe's Brooklyn Oven and had a mixed experience. The calamari was disappointing -- small portion and pretty chewy, though the marinara was okay. The cheesesteak stromboli was good, and the calzone could've used a bit more seasoning. Overall about a 6/10 -- there's definitely potential here, and with some ingredient upgrades this could be a really solid Italian spot. read more

Authentic. Great tasting food. Great service. Not chic, but , we'll maybe it is. Finding a place as good as this isn't easy, but we did. From the time we walked in until the time we walked out, it was an enjoyable experience. The food was phenomenal. The eggplant parm was exceptional, as was the pasta and meat sauce. New restaurant and it's our first time here. Brand new. Walking in, we were greeted by a young lady at the Hostess table. All smiles. Inside, It smelled really good but seeing the empty shelves, you realize it's still a work in progress. It's only been open about a month (if that) and it was fairly busy for lunch time on a Thursday. Caroline was our server.... Very nice young lady, friendly and attentive but not overbearing. The menu is on a tablet with pictures was plentiful. Lots of choices !! They do not have a liquor license at this time, but Caroline said, "they were hoping for it soon". Our group ordered lunch ~ our lunches include a soup or salad. The Pasta Fagoli was hot and tasty... especially with the hot garlic buns !! One friend ordered the Shrimp Scampi, which they said was delicious but too much sauce. Another ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with sausage on the side. Delicious, but again, they felt.... too much sauce. My husband ordered the Baked Rigatoni with Ricotta Cheese. He liked it and said it was flavorful. I ordered the Spaghetti & meatballs with Marinara sauce. I asked for them to "go light on the sauce". The meatballs were tasty, moist and full of flavor. But guess the "light sauce" request never got to the kitchen staff because the ratio of pasta & sauce was sooooooo way off for me !! My Pasta had a lot of Marinara sauce. And, I felt the Marinara sauce tasted quite bland and needed salt & spices. ( Garlic & Oregano would have helped). The meatballs were the best part of my dish. All in all..... prices were reasonable, atmosphere is welcoming. I would suggest some Italian music playing in the background....... Good 'ol Dean Martin !! Yes, we will go back again for other items on the menu. Next time, if I order a pasta dish, I will ask for my sauce to be on the side. read more

Fantastic new family-owned Italian restaurant! Service was warm and attentive, and the casual atmosphere felt so welcoming. The piano playing in the background created such a great vibe and really added to the experience. The menu is very comprehensive, and everything we tried was delicious. The garlic knots with homemade marinara were excellent. The Caprese pizza was spot-on with fresh basil, sliced tomatoes, just the right amount of cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. The Stromboli was enormous and stuffed full of meats and mozzarella--definitely shareable and so good! They currently only serve Coke products, but a liquor license is hopefully coming soon. Overall, this place is a gem and we'll definitely be back! We are staying in Arcadia for a couple weeks and then eating out every day so far this is the number one spot we have visited a lot. read more

We dined in once and was an amazing calzone, my husband ordered spaghetti which came out to be like the child's menu spaghetti but he said it was very good. And the salads were very good. The place is very clean decorative and the service was amazing. She was great very friendly very on time with refills and talking to us about the menu and stuff. I do recommend this place. Update. We got a order to go ordered it over the phone. The calzones were amazing, but I think it was the Zapato's the Italian donuts they're supposed to have the powdered sugar on them did not come out so great. It was just like pieces cut up of dough cook dough with chocolate all over it, which is not what I wanted and you can see in the picture that it's nothing like it supposed to be in the menu that was very disappointing because we've ordered two things of that which is like over $20 wasted the to go I advise people to look clearly at your to go order but all in all I still recommend this restaurant read more

Service was excellent, ambiance was excellent. Salad and pasta fagioli were excellent. Pizza? Well, pizza crust was soggy and uncooked in the middle. We were in a hurry so we ate around the edges and took the rest home to bake and eat later. I was so wrong. I baked, I put it in a skillet. Nothing would crisp up that crust in the center. I am Italian and my grandparents would be ashamed to call this an "Italian scratch Kitchen" There's nothing scratch about it, tasted like frozen and microwaved prepared "foods" Service was strange, waiting for 30 mins to takeout. Restaurant is relatively new. Food was amazing. Service was good. Timing was a little long but that is to be expected as they work out the kitchen and the pace of being busy. There's just some improvements for the temperature of the building it was hot inside for sure. I think they're just working out the kinks and has the opportunity to improve to five stars. We will go back once there pizza oven is up and running. We had a mix of everything they carry. It was all good there spin on the lasagna was great I just prefer their Alfredo sauce over their marinara. We also had the garlic knots and pesto shrimp for apps it was really good. Only downside is I requested a side of Alfredo sauce with my garlic knots and they did not give it to me. read more

Took son & daughter in law who were visiting here in Arcadia. They had a greek pizza which they loved. I had Fettucino Alfredo and hubs had meatball sub w/fries. Service was excellent, place was immaculate and the food was excellent. Will absolutely go there again. Bonus was a piano player who played wonderful background music. read more

My first experience at this restaurant was good. My second experience was fair. Now this is my third experience and it was a nightmare. One of my guests ordered chicken Parm and got eggplant Parmesan dinner that was very greasy. I ordered eggplant Parm sub sandwich, and tasted as if it was just dipped in grease. my other guest had a salad with the lettuce and the tomatoes that were old. This will be my last experience there and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

What a shame this place is... the only thing they have going for them is the look of the restaurant makes it seem like it's going to be something good then bam failure!! I feel bad for the waitress's that are trying their best to apologize for how terrible it is. No menus they hand you a tablet that is logged into their website to look at what is available. No tea only soft drinks. The ac was out so the inside was 80* the food is another mistake we ordered baked ziti it came out with rigatoni noodles slathered in sauce. Also Ordered a grilled chicken wrap with side salad. The side salad was wilted and warm and the chicken wrap had the same wilted mushy lettuce. I wish I could give something positive to say but I just can't bring myself to it. This place is definitely in the top 3 worst places in Arcadia. New Italian food in Arcadia and delicious. The exterior was so well landscaped, parking was confusing but the parking lot was new and big enough for plenty of cars. The interior was cute and the hostess greeted us immediately. The huge grand player piano was nice and some of the customers were found singing along to the tunes. The food was good and very affordable. We chose the calzone and it was so filling we have enough for 2 more meals. We also had the shrimp Scampi it was perfect. I enjoyed the garlic knots with the meal, and not being heavily seasoned. The house Italian dressing was the bomb! So very old school delicious. The wait staff was sweet and did a great job. I do need to state that having the large table once you walk in with staff sitting with all the paperwork appearing stressed, was a turn off. As a previous restaurant manager would use that space as a more welcoming area. I see you really trying and working on expansion however, a warm welcome area would help first impression! read more

Had our first meal with friends here at Giuseppe's. It was quite a busy night for them but they had the entire staff working at a fast pace trying to please the customers. The food was good overall but I did find the antipasto salad to be on the small side. I expected it to be enough for the table but it was not. The pizza was very good as was the eggplant parm. The owner made the rounds to check on all the customers which was a nice touch. Would certainly recommend and visit again. read more

I called, they don't answer their phone after fives minutes of listening to how great they are I was able to leave a message. told them the pizzas were not coming up for me to order could they please call me so I could order them. never received a call. Horrible! The said they only let "blind dogs" in, when I explored, per ADA requirements, what my service dog does, and why she is required. She's fully dressed with vest and I have id. They would not accommodate us, even though the place was empty. Unlike other Italian places, there was no delicious smell, or one of garlic, as you'd expect. Drove there on 9/1/25 - Labor Day- to have lunch. Website says they are opened on Monday. No phone # listed on Google Maps to call. Nothing on Arcadia Facebook page that they were closed. people were friendly, however everything else was negative.... showed up approximately ten minutes before the restaurant opened. once allowed in and seated... poor sitting; right across from restrooms. several other tables were available. offered no wine, or tea.... had lemonade, which wasn't fresh, tasted like artificial, with strong aftertaste.... Don't think I will return to the Arcadia Florida location. sorry....... could-have been much better ! KW read more
