This small shop is located in the Borgo, a charming old neighborhood next to the Vatican that is frequented especially by tourists.
I came here looking for a jeweller to repair my watch. Instead, I found a hostile old man with an ugly personality, who snarled at me that he didn't have time and I should come back on Monday. I asked if I could leave the watch right now, but for some odd reason he couldn't understand why I wouldn't come back and leave it next week.
A younger woman who also works there was very embarassed, trying to explain to him what I wanted, without success. He behaved like I was a criminal and he was doing me a huge favor even to speak to me. Of course I gave up and left.
