Refused to get me temporary benefits or treatment leading to a section 20 settlement. Even respondent doctor stated my injury was aggravated by the accident. I had to point it out. He allowed 6 adjournment in last few months. After settlement was signed, he disappeared and left his secretary to take over. The firm failed to inform me of a fee increase or supply arbitration form as required. The respondent failed to pay in required 60 days. This entitled me to damages, he won't file such, already got paid. He never called to discuss the issues. Stay far away. I disputed this, the firm acted entitled and arrogant.

I was facing my 4th DWI with several other violations, driving on the revoked list, no insurance, unregistered vehicle, etc. I was looking at substantial jail time and another 10 years loss of license. So I needed the best and did my research. Hiring Kevin was a life changer for me. He was upfront with me and kept me informed through out the process. All my vechicle charges were dismissed as I pleaded to a municipal ordinance violation with a minimal fine. I could not have asked for a better out come. I can, with out reservation, highly recommend Kevin Leckerman's legal services!

Jersey and the client is in the North, she took some time out of her (I'm sure) busy schedule to pleasantly point me in the right direction. This is after I spent hours emailing and calling other firms with no response. One firm practically hung up on me after they realized they couldn't help! I really wish all businesses operated in this fashion. Simply spend less than a minute helping people even when you can't make any money from them. In my business, we deal with a lot of attorneys and I can tell she's one of the most pleasant. I wish I could refer my clients to her.

At the time that I hired this law firm I spoke directly with Bob as he is a family "friend". He…read moreassured me this case would be cut and dry, easy work. They first gave me Kim Greenfield, who did an amazing job. However, after a long and expensive appeal all of a sudden, without even bothering to ask, the firm switched my representative to Julie Burick who conveniently charges much more hourly than Kim. There's a gentleman who left a review stating that if you're a female, maybe you'll have better luck with Julie than he. I'm here to testify that that is false. Julie is firstly, heartless. She doesn't care about clients, she cares entirely about herself and her paycheck. My custody case stretched out (thanks to Covid) over 3 years. Mind you, I have one child & one child alone. Due to a medical diagnosis I received during my case, I am unable to have more. Evidently in the eyes of this law firm, that is irrelevant. At the end of a long and tumultuous 3 year custody battle for my only son, I was backed into a corner - Either back out of the fight entirely or let the courts drag my (then) 10 year old son into the family drama in the courtroom. This firm never once had my son or my personal best interests in mind. Julie even recommended I let the courts drag my son into the middle of the ugly battle. Regardless how much money we dumped into the case (over $100k) this attorney's office allowed a womanizing rapist to gain custody of my only child. They also signed me up for several years of random hair follicle, urine or blood drug testing by the opposing parties and assigned me a BS visitation schedule that gives me very little meaningful time with my son and inhibits my ability to gain any form of decent employment. If you're looking for a firm that is going to actually give a damn about you, this firm is not the one. Their only concern is their bottom line. I have since found new council that upon reviewing what this firm did for me was both shocked and appalled. If you truly care about the battle you're about to fight in the court of law, please find an attorney's office that cares as much as you do. I don't honestly know how this firm has gotten SJ Top Lawyer, I guess they paid for the title with the outrageous amounts of money they steal from those who attempt to trust them. I'm sure Bob will have some witty and falsely contrite statement to make back to this review as he has done with the rest of the negative reviews about this firm, but please, do not be fooled by his blatant guise. Of course he's going to try to up-talk his people and dissuade the facts. If he represented the truth about his firm no one would hire them and that would effect his bottom line which is what he truly cares about.

They took my matter seriously, demonstrated a strong understanding of employment-related issues, and handled everything with professionalism. Some negative reviews may reflect situations where the firm declined to pursue a case, rather than the quality of its work for clients it does represent. In my experience, Carly and Kevin were knowledgeable, professional, and delivered a positive outcome. I would absolutely recommend Costello & Silverman to anyone looking for knowledgeable and professional representation in an employment matter. As I'm sure so many stories about lawyers go, I contacted Hoffman DiMuzio on one of the worst days…read moreof my life. Ryan Hoffman took my call and walked me through the next steps even when every step felt impossible, confusing and exhausting. When we talked in person, he was so patient and kind. He saw the strengths and holes in my case and told me plainly, but he took a great deal of sensitivity, especially in making me relive difficult moments. He said he'd be happy to take the case but also happy to help me find someone who might have more expertise in this particular area, if that's what I'd prefer. He even gave me a few names and made some intros. I so appreciated that he was more invested in making this right than in making a "sale." Of course, just that level of caring showed me that I had to go with Hoffman DiMuzio. Ryan worked with me to determine both what I really wanted and what was reasonable. When I wanted to be tough, he came up with the toughest plan he thought might work. But when I became emotionally drained and just wanted out, he helped me to figure out that path with just as much concern and care. He'd never force you to do something that felt uncomfortable - at every turn, I felt true to myself. That's not something I'd expect to say about working with a law firm. Ultimately, the way we handled the situation, together, led to better outcomes in my life overall. Ryan helped me to stand my ground where I needed to and let go on the issues that were just taking up too much of my time and energy. He helped me to end in several weeks a process that could have taken me a year. The time I did NOT spend on my legal affairs became time devoted to my passions, and doors opened for me that I did not think possible. I credit that to Hoffman DiMuzio - I simply would not be where I am today without them. I'd be fighting a legal battle I didn't even want to win anymore. Caring, compassionate, incredibly smart people who do the job how YOU want it done and see you for the human being you are. In your weakest moments, they'll be part lawyer, part therapist, part emotional support group, all genuine, fair human beings who will make your life better from the minute you call them. So glad to have found Ryan and to have him in my corner.
