I also went to buy sketchers shoes once and had a 17 % off coupon except for sales items, they actually had some sketchers that were managers specials, for exactly 1 cent less than regular price. Also don't take anything back that is more than about 200 dollars, because they don't carry that much in the store until 7 or 8 in the evening because they have to wait for cash paying customers to come in because they don't carry much cash in the store. I want to let you know about Bob's expertise with musical instruments. My Instrument of Choice is an old closed-hole Pearl flute I purchased used a couple decades ago. It's provided me many years of happy creative musical expression. I confess - I have been a negligent flautist and not once did I ever take my friend in for professional maintenance. The longer I didn't do well by my flute, the more dread built up about the diagnosis if and when I finally brought her for a wellness check. You know, kind'ave like putting off going to the dentist? Ok - I may be stretching it. You know what I like about doing business with Bob? He not only has the expertise - the man has passion for what he does - and I felt lighter after dropping off a win instrument needing tender loving care. I stopped in today for the first time in years and not much has changed. There are two sweet pups roaming around the business. I'm normally terrified of dogs but these two cool in my book! The staff is just great. Down to earth, knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely love their work. I was in desperate need of cycling shoes and they hooked me up in about five minutes. Their prices are comparable to online retailers, and slightly lower than other brick and mortar shoe stores (this is a bike shop that just so happens to carry cycling shoes). All in all, this place feels like home.

Ed is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with repair & tune-ups. My wife and I both have treks that we have purchased and have maintained at Trailz End, and we most recently purchased our son's first bike there. It may be "USEFUL" (hit the button below if you agree!) to know that all purchases come with tune-up packages and discounts on additional accessories. There are also valuable trade-in discounts as well! On more than one occasion, Ed has also shown to be passionate about what he chooses to supply in his shop. When buying my son's first bike, he suggested a bright color option as a safety precaution- something I did not even think of & something that he is not required to be concerned with.
