After the fact we were recommended to use Servpro to provide us with the reconstruction side of things. Our incident happened 01/24/2024. They were finally able to finish it as of yesterday. These guys made up every excuse they could on why they couldn't do it or they would tell us a certain point someone would be at our house working. After not living in our house for months while we were expecting our first child we came to our unfinished house the night before we headed to the hospital which was in September. We literally would laugh saying what if they weren't done by the time our son was born. Well a side joke between the lady and I came to reality. The guys that we were working with sounded to be huge into family and what not. Well they weren't thinking about us when they gave us a 3 month time frame that evolved over a year. Houses are built before these guys could even fix are issue. Our neighbor even retired last March and rebuilt his whole kitchen before ours was done. The lies we were constantly fed along with no one ever getting back to you. The damage they caused to appliances while working in our house. People taking my own personal belongings out of our garage. The real icing on the cake is that they want to charge us extra money for them having to re-do tasks that they couldn't find anyone competent to do it right in the first place. Sending invoices that are almost 20 grand over what was said in place. The owner can't own up to the fact that their team dropped the ball. Sounds like it's pretty common with these guys. I would advise everyone to not go through them. They will cause you stress physical and emotional stress. Hire someone that will fulfill your needs and take care of you! Not these guys who won't take care of you!

Advised that it was to be a total deep clean with carpets cleaned as well. There was a smell in the home and advised this service that we wanted the smell gone. The owner gave a detailed account of what would be cleaned and quoted a fair price. We agreed and the work began. Suffice it to say after the cleaning my wife found crumbs in the kitchen cabinet drawers, the downstairs toilet was not cleaned and the top of the light fixture in the kitchen still had grease on it. The tops of the cabinets were not cleaned and the underside of the upstairs toilet was totally gross and filthy. I also hired her to clean our vehicle interior. She did a good job on the car however the home cleaning left lots to be desired. Personally I would not hire this provider again for my cleaning needs. If you should choose to hire this provider please get a written estimate including all work to be done in writing and do a complete inspection after you have been told the work is finished.

Supreme services was the winner since they returned my call within a half hour. I talked to Vince and made an appointment for an initial inspection and quote. A few days later, Vince came and checked out the carpets....gave me a great quote and made the next appointment to actually get the work done. The next day Vince came and deep cleaned our carpets. He used a big rotary brush machine that also had a water sprayer and big suction hose attached to it. It took about an hour to clean all our carpets. Everything looked great. Smelled great too.
