My wife and I are first time home buyers with very limited knowledge about home buying. Elisabeth was very patient and took her time to really understand what we are looking for in our ideal home. She is very knowledgable about Acton, Concord, Boxborough areas, and offered us plenty of valuable advices from builder's perspective. Elisabeth offered her honest opinions, without being pushy, which we really appreciated. She is a great negotiator, we had over 3 rounds of bidding after placing the initial offer. She provided us great analysis and strategies. She is super responsive and will text or get on a call with you even if it's really late. Overall Elisabeth is an experienced realtor and great negotiator, and is so great to work with! We were so lucky to have her represent us as buyer agent. We will not hesitate to have her and her team as our agent again.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. We got an offer accepted in April and closed in June. Rob was a very responsive and punctual agent. Scheduling open houses and private showings with Rob was very smooth, sometimes we went to a few properties in one day. Rob's feedback to properties were very honest and as first time home buyer's we would have missed those aspect if he had not mentioned it. There was a property with a major tilt and Rob pointed it out...it was making us dizzy. It was great having Rob to help answer our questions about the roof, the heater, water boiler, septic tank age and so much more. He would also provide comps of similar properties that sold recently in the area. Overall, we had a great experience with Robbie and would highly recommend him.

She was flexible in her approach for selling the house - taking it off of MLS during a period of time when she felt there would be a limited number of potential buyers (over the holidays) and bringing it back on MLS at just the right time. This helped us to get a full-price offer the first weekend that the house was back on the market. When the appraisal came in at a lower price than the offer, she worked diligently to get the appraisal increased to the agreed-upon price. It is our understanding that it is unusual to get an appraiser to revise their original calculation so we know that Lauren worked hard to put together such a strong appeal on our behalf. Her experience in real estate was demonstrated repeatedly. She was responsive and helped to reduce our stress during the entire process. We feel fortunate to have worked with Lauren. and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

For the past fifteen years she has always sent us a holiday card and stayed in contact with us, where ever she was working. She considered us "her" clients and didn't just rely on an agency's database to keep in touch with us. Over the summer of 2018 my father passed away and my mother needed to move. I was put in charge of selling their house. Because of the timing of these events, we had already passed one of the critical dates in the real estate world, the start of the school year in September. So, I needed to sell my parent's home, in the Fall real estate market, hoping that we could achieve this goal before winter set in. Svetlana was one of the first calls that I made. She responded quickly, with her team and resources ready to prepare the house for sale. She discovered that the upper level had hardwood flooring under the wall-to-wall carpet and arranged for someone to come in and pull the carpet out and dispose of it. She recommended a cleaning service and then got her home stager involved to use our existing furnishings to make the house appear to its best advantage. Svetlana always kept in mind the constraints that I was working with. She made the house shine without resorting to recommendations for expensive or time consuming projects or upgrades. We had a signed purchase and sale within a month and closed on the house before the start of the holiday season. With Svetlana as my real estate agent I knew that I had the support and help that I needed at an extremely stressful time in my life. I would recommend Svetlana Sheinina of eXp Realty to anyone in the Metro Boston area.

Overall, great experience working with her and I would definitely recommend Svetlana as a real estate agent.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicole Magun to sell our first home, and buy our new forever…read morehome. Nicole was a thoughtful and diligent parter as our realtor who provided advice on how to maximize our sale price, and get the features we wanted in a new home at the price we wanted. Much like you might see these days on TV shows on HGTV or DIY Network, our selling adventure began with a professional assessment Nicole provided us on how to maximize our selling price. This resulted in a remodel of our kitchen and dining room to an open concept with beautiful new cabinets, counters, and appliances, as well as a remodel of our downstairs half-bath. Over the 12 years in that house, we had already remodeled much of it, so this was all that was left. Unlike those TV shows, we didn't sell our house weeks later, but decided to enjoy it for a couple of years before undertaking the hectic process of decluttering and staging it for sale. With Nicole's guidance on how to declutter our house to get it to it's optimal showing condition, we finally listed our house in May 2017. Nicole worked with use to put together a customized marketing package for potential buyers. With her help and hard work, we put our house on the market on a Wednesday, with open houses on Saturday & Sunday (surrounded by a couple of private showings). Still living in the house while it was being shown, we felt even more secure and in good hands by the fact that Nicole personally showed the house to any potential buyers, as opposed to leaving a key in a lockbox for total strangers. The following Wednesday - only 1 week later - we were thrilled to review the 9 offers we had on our house ... all the offers were at or over asking price, and more than made up for our kitchen and bath remodel investments, with enough left over to help with a down payment on our new house. Throughout this whole process of selling our old house, Nicole was equally as invaluable in helping us find our new forever home. We had a number of "must haves" to consider, and Nicole embraced our challenge. We went to visit many open houses, and Nicole helped arrange some private showings for us. Eventually, and with her guidance on how to construct a competitive offer, Nicole helped us to secure the perfect home with almost no compromises on our "must have" list. We are now happily settled into our forever home and couldn't have done it without Nicole's help! We highly recommend Nicole to anyone who is looking for a realtor, and is willing to follow terrific advice.

Cynthia's style meshed well with personality, friendly and effective without overbearing, and I especially liked that we were able to set up a viewing schedule that didn't require constant monitoring and interruptions, i.e. for approvals, request changes, etc, which was a big hassle for me the previous time I went through the sale process (having someone ask you for a driveby showing of your house with 5 minutes warning while you're in it is rude, and I had experienced that and plenty other such annoyances the last go-round)--in particular, we blocked off no-showing family times, and Cynthia filtered the requests in advance according to my wishes in order to avoid repeating that problem. The sale price was very good, and I was happy with my experience!
