Nora has also gone above and beyond in caring for our little guy. This month, for example, Nora took him in when I was going away even though he was only in the early stages of getting over an illness. If it was anyone but Nora, I would have cancelled the trip. Well, he had a relapse and she ended up having to nurse him back to health over the course of a week, keeping me informed. First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience.
