Gina was absolutely amazing!!! Last Saturday she photographed my wedding in Big Bear. She was so professional and knew exactly how to get the shots we wanted. I love the fact that she is SO well organized! Gina kept in contact with me months before my wedding date, and made sure we were on the same page with what photos were a "must have." She is so patient with kids, and knew exactly what to do in order to create the perfect shot! Gina gave me great ideas for photo shots, and helped me every step of the way!! She listened to my ideas and helped me bring to life the photos I had in mind. My father died last year, next to my kids my mother is the only family I have left; Gina made sure to capture beautiful photos of my mother and my children. I'm so bummed it has taken me this long to write such an amazing review! Gina drove out to the San Gabriel Valley and ventured out into the canyon to get some amazing shots of me. She also allowed my boyfriend (now fiance) to tag along with his camera to shoot video of the whole process. She gave great direction on posing, ideal locations and wardrobe. My fiance and I were both pretty nervous about our engagement shoot, but Gina made us feel completely comfortable. We ended up having a lot of fun, with a minimum amount of awkwardness : ) She was totally open to our input and ideas, and didnt make us do a lot of stiff posed pics that arent our style. GIna is seriously a magician behind the camera. She took our family photos last weekend and managed to get beautiful shots of us (me, my husband, our almost 3 year old daughter, 6 month old son, and two dogs) where we are all looking at the camera! She is great with kids and dogs and we could not be more thrilled with our photos. She was also very flexible with us and our schedule, even accommodating a last minute change that made her wake up before the sun was up to meet us so my husband could make a flight at 10am. We hired Gina Marie to take family photos during a mini family reunion in Palm Desert in late December of 2012. We had a total of 4 families and 15 people to capture. She did a great job of staging both formal and informal/fun shots that beautifully captured everyone. Ages ranged from 10 mos. to grandparents, and she knew how to work with all of us. What could have been a stressful event was actually relaxed and fun thanks to Gina's personality. We received a CD with the photos last week and were thrilled. Not only did she manage to capture everyone looking in the same direction at the same time, but her photos definitely have a wonderful quality about them that are not possible with a point and click camera. Gina is absolutely amazing! From the first time I spoke with her to meeting her in person. She is such a beautiful person inside and out! She was great about making sure I stayed on track as the wedding approached. She was amazing the day of, going above and beyond helping outside of her photographer duties. And the pictures? I had pictures taken with Gina around xmas time and she was able to schedule me in with about a weeks notice. We went to some gardens for the pictures and there were lots of nice settings there. Gina is great to work with, she did our engagement photo shoot and our wedding, both were perfect! She was extremely helpful with some of the planning as well, had lots of great suggestions and made our special day that much better and smoother. She even had 1 of our engagement photos blown up on a canvas for us to use as a guest sign. Turned out adorable! We've been married 1 year now and she sent me a message saying congratulations on our anniversary.
