Unfortunately having used this shoe shop on many occasions over the years we had the unenviable task of having to return a pair of sandles purchased in June. They were very pretty and my daughter had saved them to wear on holiday once she had broken up. She wore them twice, the second time rubbing her badly and the sequins on the top on both shoes started to come unstuck. Today we returned to Gimme Shooz to be told that they have a 28 day returns policy and although we stated that they had been only worn twice, it was suggested that my daughter had damaged them, thus inferring we were lying and the item wasn't faulty. This has left a nasty taste and unfortunately we found out the hard way that customer care is only good if you are within the 28 days. A real shame as local businesses should be better than that. read more
