If you can wait months for him to complete the job, and if you can handle being stood up with no…read morecommunication whatsoever, and questionable about whether it will even be completed, then he is the one for you. He asked for all monies to be paid even though the job was not done, and we did. Big mistake on our part. We hired him to fix sprinklers and landscaping damaged, caused when we had a walk-out basement installed. He has only came out 1 or 2 times at the time and day he said he would. He complained to us that the people putting in the walkout didn't leave the sprinkler pipes exposed, so it caused him time to find them, even though this was known at the outset that this was the case, that he was going to have to find them, which was part of the scope of the work needed. Then he complained about his curbing guy stood him up and he had already paid them, and we waited weeks for him to try to figure out what to do, so we finally took the ball and ran with it and got our own guy to do the curbing, so the project could move forward. So now he was dragging his feet over getting sod to replace grass missing, even though it clearly states in the estimate using sod or seed. When we spoke verbally in person, he mentioned about plugs, but he even said that plugs wouldn't work as well, and we agreed that we wanted sod, and he agreed he would get sod. And the kind of grass we have doesn't grow from seed. So now he has lied to us that he had picked up sod and was coming out to install. We waited all day long for him to show up, and then he said he was still coming. Never showed up, no communication as to why, nothing. This is not an isolated incident either. Multiple times no communication and no show. He has said a few times that he had major emergency incidents causing the no shows and inability to do it when he said he would, but still no communication to us about any of that, and multiple times we have waited for him, not knowing what is going on. Now we are taking the ball back again and getting someone else to come and do the sod, because this has gone on and on, with no end in sight, and no communication. Not professional at all, even though he claims to be. So again, if you can deal with this, go ahead and use him. This is an honest review, I don't normally do reviews, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but figured that this has to be done, to warn others.

Loved having this company take care of our lawn and sprinklers!…read more We had a full sprinkler system (front and back), landscaping, and about 5200 feet of sod put in. We got several quotes from comparable sprinkler companies, but Brad (the owner) was by far the most honest, knowledgeable, AND had the best prices. He partners with BioGrass for the sod, which we really appreciated since they seem to be the best sod farm in Utah. He had some great suggestions on the which sprinkler heads to use and also put in a smart sprinkler box for us (we can control everything from our phones/computers/tablets). He and his guys are hard workers and made sure that everything was put in properly. They also respected our property and animals (we have chickens, goats, and dogs and all of them handled all the activity very well). Everything is greening up nicely and the sprinklers have been working perfectly. During the installation process, a flood light in our backyard was accidentally broken. When I brought the problem to Brad's attention, he took time out of his busy schedule to personally come out and fix it. He obviously has his customers' best interests at heart! Thanks for everything, Brad!

As this installation occurred in the fall, the secondary water had already been turned off and the system couldn't be tested. We were assured they would come back in the spring to make sure everything was working. Now that the secondary water is on, Classic has informed us we aren't eligible to have them come back and check their work as our install was only an add on and not a full install. So much for customer service. They don't answer the phone, the only way to get a response is to complete the form on the website.
