Most other places said, "buy a new one", "we don't do that", or some other disinterested response Jerry was willing to discuss options with us, to make recommendations and suggestions and most importantly to welcome us down to the store to discuss further and to even prepare the new top for us. To make this even more valuable, he was even willing to discuss using some large plastic sheets we had and he'd just help us with the fabrication. So on a Saturday afternoon we arrived with 4 large sheets of plastic. Jerry remembered the discussion From several weeks before, and immediately set to, laying out the job description, adjusted our Measurements a little to ensure a great fit. Less than 2 hours later while we had lunch in mid-town, Jerry called us to say our tops were ready. Now we are proud owners of a new top (and we have 2 spare halves as well). Wow.. they look (and fit) great, with measurements accurate down to 1/16 inch! Did I say that while we were in the store Jerry showed us the new resin the store has to make "river top" tables? Even showed us a couple of images of one he'd made.. If you have a plastic related project in mind, I cannot recommend Jerry and Stockton TAP plastics too highly..

Super soft and comfortable, and the print was perfect! The DTG print was exactly what I wanted. JoLin was so detailed and helpful every step of the way. She sent proofs and even example photos of different print methods. She was so accommodating when I needed a size change at the last minute. It was a test piece for me as I was thinking about making and ordering matching band shirts for my family. For this order, I couldn't find a specific Frog and Toad design that I had in mind so I used Claude ai to help with the picture I wanted, and then sent it to JoLin for a mockup design on the shirt I chose. She even offered to meet me halfway to pick up since the shop is not local to me. I think she went above and beyond for my order and I appreciate it. I highly recommend this shop; friendly and personable customer support with high quality products. Big Frog said they could and I drove an hour there, had great customer service from Asia! This review reflects the OWNER. I had prepaid $111, ate at a place Asia recommended nearby to wait the hour and a half, I was tracking 1:30pm. When I returned a male employee was nice and kindly checked on my order. Then the owner approached me repeatedly saying Asia went to lunch but she said the shirts should be ready by 2pm and told me he could refund me because he wanted me to be happy. I told him, "It's ok I'll wait I don't see chairs so I'll just wait here." He kept repeating Asia said 2pm. He then said he had to go warm up the machine and print the shirts to which I smiled and said, "Oh you have to print it? It's almost 2pm don't you want to get started?" His demeanor changed and I asked him why he looked mad I was joking." He yelled at me he's going to refund me my money, accused me repeatedly of disrespecting him, yelling at me, "I'M NOT YOUR SLAVE!", "YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL GO DO MY JOB." I NEVER SAID THIS! I was blown away at how he shifted the blame on to his employee and then on to me! When I told him to go ahead and refund my money, he claimed I spent 15 minutes with his designer. I come from a culture built on respect, and served my country with respect!! He charged towards me aggressively twice and got in my personal space. I was fully prepared to defend myself and refused to leave without proof of refund, when he yelled at me to GET OUT!
