So there is no waiting for the stoplights to change! Even when it's busy I seem to be always able to find an open pump. It's been a rough winter so there has been a few out-of-order pumps this year but I think that is too be expected in the 15 below temperatures. One thing I found out this year, credit card readers don't work well during a polar vortex. The attendants inside are friendly so going inside to pay is not a problem. I recommend signing up for a BP Loyalty card. The program is free and you get 5 cents off per gallon on every other fill-up. Yes, it's only 5 cents but you have to take any discount you can get, right? Just remember to swipe your BP card before swiping your payment card.

But it charged me for 93 Premium which was $1 more per gallon. When I went inside to voice my issue the attendant Andrew was NOT helpful, professional, and also managed to be VERY CONDESCENDING. He claims that this happens sometimes and maybe the hose selected the number on accident. Great answer, Andrew! I will NOT waste my time at this gas station any more! They try to suck money out of you more than ANY other gas station. DO NOT GO! And if you do, WATCH THE PUMP. Thanks Andrew!

The male attendant was more than apologetic and tried to make the incident right. The other attendant Kate developed an attitude with the apologetic empathy of her associate. She found humor that my shoes and socks were soaked in an unbelievable way. She thought I was scamming them even though I smelled from having been sprayed with gas from the severed hose. Her attitude was unacceptable. And I believe the fire department should have been called for a gas spill of that magnitude. Get a different job Kate where you don't have to handle customers. You're not good at this. Move on! Bad news! And furthermore Kate.... Review the video that is taken at every station to assess your attitude and my misfortune of having stopped there today. It's all on video Kate. Look at your bad attitude and think about your next job.

Do not stop here unless you run out of gas. That would be the only way I will ever go here again!…read moreThe only attendant on duty a young white male with black hair has helped me out the last 2 times I've been here. Every time I've been help by this young man makes me want to put in a call to the owner. This guy had to be on a narcotic by the way he was acting which was slurred speech, trouble balancing, slow comprehension, and pin drop pupils along with bloodshot red eyes. Hopefully the store owner sees this review and actually does something about this employee that so obviously needs some help! The reason I know he is on an obvious narcotic is because my I am posting this review because of my last encounter either the same employee. The first encounter he was very rude, short with customers and didn't value any customers time. For example when I was waiting in at the counter to check out my first time around. He found it to be necessary to carry on a conversation with a fellow employee rather than even acknowledge me. Finally after what felt like a solid min of them going back and forth about something irrelevant to work I butted in with what I was needing from there. Then he took extra long what felt like out of spitefulness to finish ringing me up. I almost wrote a 1 star review from that experience alone!! But didn't because I didn't fell it to be necessary just Incase he were to get in trouble because of it. However after this time the employee was Moving slower than the last time and when I asked him for my cartoon of cigarettes. He looked in the drawer for them and I quickly seen that they had them in stock. He looked for all of literally 2 seconds, and shut the door right away and said NO all out!! I told him I seen them where he was just at, and after a sigh he grabbed them for me. At this point there were 3 other customers behind me patiently waiting, and I gave 2 lottery winners to cash in for me, and he was confused on how to work the machine to see it I won! He went to give me my cash and realized he didn't even have $30 to cover my winnings and then took more time to go to the safe to grab the money. Came back shortly after then counted out 6 5's from a stack of 5's he pulled out. Then before he handed me the money he counted it 2 more times just to make sure apparently that the money didn't disappear out of his hands or something. When I turned to leave everyone in line on my way out was shaking their heads in disgust at this young man. Anyways I hope the owner deals with him before his store suffers from his intoxicated employee.
