Always treats everyone and their pets with compassion. Unfortunately they are always so very busy but thats because they're the best.

But after the care and treatment that Dr.Gilley has given to my 10 year-old cat, I can most definitely go with a 5-Star rating. My cat has been eating more and losing weight. Dr. Gilley recommended and performed the most usual causes for her symptoms first. Several were performed during the visit and came back normal. One was a blood test. I was told to call 48 hours later for results. The results of the blood test were fine. So Dr. Gilley asked that I bring my cat back in for an X-ray to rule out other causes, like cancer. When the X-ray was clear, he recommended 2 more tests at no charge. I will get those results on Monday. I am so appreciative of his dedication and thoroughness. If you're wondering about my bill, it was the most reasonable vet bill that I've had in years. I will take my other pets there too!

There were about ten patients in the waiting room and another half dozen sitting in their cars in the parking lot. While the no-appointment policy may seem quaint or old-fashioned, it came across as disorganized and a waste of their customers' time. It also means sitting in a room full of sick animals. Our experience with other vets has been two or three animals in the waiting room at a time. We left. May try again someday, but I doubt it. Their rates are higher than the vet we are using now.

We arrived on time for the appointment, but Dr. Tucci had an emergency & was running very late. Her office staff kept saying "just a few more minutes," which was not true. I wish they had been honest about the unplanned wait. Once Dr. Tucci saw my girl and examined her eye, she didn't pull any punches. She straight forward diagnosed my 7 yr old pit with stage 5 Lymphoma. She then spent the next 2 hours thoroughly going over my girl, reading her medical history and explaining everything to me. She took out a medical book and showed the stages of lymphoma. I was destroyed by the diagnosis, but thought Dr. Tucci could not have been more professional, thorough and compassionate. Best of the best. Highly recommended.

The staff are amazing and love the animals deeply and work tirelessly in service to them. There are so many takeovers now from corporate companies that use vets as a money printing machine. This practice is literally the opposite of that. I cant say enough about how much they have helped me feel better along with the cats. I wish the whole world did business like these folks, with the efficient and caring front lines to the runners in the back, the place is always humming with real pets and top notch care. Im just sorry it cant be cloned and spread around the world for every pet.

She is my baby, my family, my heart, and a piece of my soul. When I was told that I might have to let her go, I felt like my entire world was falling apart. I was told there was little hope, and I was facing the most heartbreaking decision a pet parent could ever imagine. Then we found Dr. Robert Proseck. He didn't give up on Minnie. He looked deeper, listened to me, and most importantly, he saw Minnie--not just her age, not just her medical problems, but the little fighter she truly is. He gave us hope when we desperately needed it. Today, Minnie is 17 years old and she is still here with me. Every morning I wake up and see her, I am reminded of the incredible gift Dr. Proseck helped give us: more time together. I will never forget what he has done for my Minnie or for our family. There are truly no words big enough to say thank you for giving me more days, more memories, more kisses, and more precious moments with the dog I love with all my heart. Minnie is alive today, and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Robert Proseck. He will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Thank you, Dr. Proseck, for believing in my girl when we needed someone to believe in her.

After performing X-rays and confirming she was extremely constipated, they prescribed omeprazole, a medication that does not treat constipation. Her condition did not improve, and I had to bring her back on October 10th. During that visit, she was prescribed a laxative. Shortly afterward, she began experiencing weakness in her back legs, something she had never experienced before. Her mobility continued to deteriorate, and I had to seek care at another veterinary hospital. What makes this experience even more frustrating is how the hospital handled my repeated requests for her medical records. After multiple phone calls, unanswered promises, and unnecessary delays, I finally received records that contained inaccurate information, missing details, and numerous grammatical and spelling errors. These are supposed to be professional medical documents, yet the quality and accuracy of what I received were extremely concerning. To make matters worse, the records included language threatening legal action against me following a negative review I had left about my experience. Instead of addressing my concerns as a pet owner, I felt intimidated for publicly expressing my dissatisfaction. I find it completely unacceptable for a medical facility to include such statements in a patient's medical documentation. I understand that complications can happen and that not every medical outcome is predictable. However, I expect transparency, accurate documentation, appropriate treatment, and basic professionalism when trusting someone with my pet's life. My dogs are my family, and I would never wish this experience on another pet owner. I am sharing this because I believe others deserve to know what my experience was like before trusting this hospital with their pets. Pet owners should be able to ask questions, request medical records, and express concerns without feeling threatened or dismissed.
